Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate poor performance of contacting by connecting electric conducting patterns formed on a glass board of LCD(liquid crystal display) certainly with the lands of corresponding patterns on a flexible printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION:The land parts 20a' of patterns on a flexible printed circuit board 20 are connected by hot press to corresponding electric conducting patterns 11A on a glass board 11 of an LCD 10 to fabricate a liquid crystal display device 1, wherein the flexible circuit board 20 is made of polyethylene terephthalate(PETR) resin, and the hot press attachment parts of the electric conducting patterns 11 on the glass board 11 and this flexible circuit board 20 are held pinchedly being covered with a leaf spring 30 of metal in approx. Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the process of adjustment or check and to eliminate the troublesomeness of the assembling work by inserting positioning pins to positioning holes to position a switch substrate to an operation panel. CONSTITUTION:Positioning pins 27 and 28 are inserted to positioning holes 22 an 23 to position a switch substrate 16 to an operation panel 6. consequently, two positioning pins provided on one of the switch substrate 16 and the operation panel 6 are inserted to positioning holes provided in the other in the assembling stage without preliminarily fixing the switch substrate 16 to the operation panel to slightly move the switch substrate 16 to a chassis 10, thereby positioning the switch substrate 16 to the operation panel 6. Since the switch substrate 16 is moved together with the chassis 10 before assembling, the process of adjustment and check is facilitated and the troublesomeness of assembling is eliminated.
