PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard instrument system which can mutually transmit respective instrument information of a front onboard instrument and a rear onboard instrument arranged on the front and rear sides of the cabin space. SOLUTION: The onboard instrument system comprises the front onboard instrument 2 arranged on the front side of the cabin space, the rear onboard instrument 3 arranged on the rear side of the cabin space, and cables 4 for connecting the front onboard instrument 2 with the rear onboard instrument 3. The front onboard instrument 2 or the rear onboard instrument 3 transmits the instrument information of the front onboard instrument 2 or the rear onboard instrument 3 from the front onboard instrument 2 or the rear onboard instrument 3 to the rear onboard instrument 3 or the rear onboard instrument 3. As a result, the front onboard instrument 2 and the rear onboard instrument 3 can mutually share the instrument information. Therefore, a driver sitting near the front onboard instrument 2 and a crew member sitting near the rear onboard instrument 3 can recognize the instrument information of the rear onboard instrument 3 and the front onboard instrument 2, respectively. SOLUTION: A CPU of a device judges which of a on-vehicle installation base and an indoor installation base the device is installed on to decide whether the device is in the on-vehicle environment. When the device is in the on-vehicle environment, a map is rendered as a main image 8 in an area of 320×240 dots as a portion of a rendernig buffer 24 of 640×280 dots and displayed on a display. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous reproduction or storage caused by dew condensation in an information storage device 2 which can carry out reproduction/ storage, for example, an in-vehicle information processing equipment provided with a hard disk drive 3, for example, a car navigation system, and to carry out reproduction or storage after the dew condensation or its possibility disappears when there is the dew condensation or its possibility. SOLUTION: The in-vehicle information processing equipment has a detecting means 13 to detect the presence or absence of the possibility of conditions of the dew condensation. When the power source of the car navigation system 1 is turned on and the detecting means 13 brings a detection result satisfying the possibility of conditions of the dew condensation, reproduction and storage operations are prohibited. A portion having the possibility of the dew condensation, for example, a head, is heated by the idle running of a spindle until a detection result not satisfying the possibility of the conditions of the dew condensation is obtained, and the reproduction and storage operations are allowed for the first time when the detection result not satisfying the possibility is obtained. SOLUTION: In the case of performing a recording operation to an optical disk 1, a wobble signal (ATIP signal) recorded in the pre-groove 5 is detected and whether the disc is a conventional optical disk or an optical disk of high recording density is discriminated by an ATIP decoder 16. In accordance with the result of this discrimination, a control part 20 controls each part to regulate both end positions of a radial direction in at last one of a read-in area, a program area and a read-out area for writing by an optical pickup 13.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily narrow a working distance between an objective lens and a disk and to enhance structural reliability. SOLUTION: A projection part 41 arranged on the outside of the lens surface 10a of the objective lens 10 and highly projected to a magneto-optical disk 2 side from the lens surface 10a is formed integrally with the objective lens 10. Thus, collision between the disk 2 and the lens 10 is relaxed by the projection 41.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a laser diode and a grating by which an optical path can be shortened when a laser beam is emitted from the laser diode to divide it into main beam and sub beam. CONSTITUTION:A laser diode and a grating are provided on a common holding member. For example, a glass cap 1d that is sealed in an opening section 1c of an ordinary can package 1b is replaced with a glass cap 3d applied with grating. Thus an optical path can be shortened and a production cost can be also reduced as compared when the laser diode and grating are separately provided on holding members respectively.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To correct the asymmetry between a beam spot formed in the focus deviation direction and a recording track and to improve the correlation between the focus deviation value and the displacements of various characteristics of an optical pickup device by setting a semiconductor laser element so as to tilt the meridional surface of the light beam projected on an optical disk in the tangent direction of the recording track of the optical disk by a prescribed angle. CONSTITUTION:The light beam radiated from a light transmission/reception composite element 3 is made incident on an objective lens and then projected on a signal recording surface of an optical disk 101. In the case, the element 3 is set so that the meridional surface of the light beam is set by a prescribed angle, i.e., about 45 deg. to the tangent direction of a recording track of the disk 101. Thus it is possible to correct the asymmetricalness defined on the basis of the tangent of a beam spot produced on the disk 101 according to the focus deviation direction. As a result, the characteristic of an optical pickup device are improved to the focus deviation.

SOLUTION: A connection request from the surroundings of an on-vehicle audio apparatus, for example, portable equipment in a vehicle is received (S3) and a BD address is acquired (S4). The priority of the acquired BD address is detected by referring to a preliminarily created priority table (S6). A BD address with the highest priority of the detected priority is detected (S8). When the BD address with the highest priority is detected, connection processing of the portable equipment with the BD address is performed (S9). When the BD address with the highest priority is not detected, portable equipment whose connection is requested first is detected (S10) and connection with the detected portable equipment is performed (S11).
