Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the good appearance of a partition panel, and prevent the panel thickness from increasing while reducing the manipulating force for fixing the panel to the floor face. CONSTITUTION:A manipulating knob 7 is supported on the face of respective panels 1 to be vertically movable and a first lack 8 moving vertically in the panel in accordance with the vertical moving of the manipulating knob 7 is equipped at the base end thereof. And a first and a second gear 9, 12 are fixed at a common rotary shaft 10 rotatably supported within the panel to rotatably support both gears in the direction along the face of panel 1. The first lack 8 is engaged in the first gear 9 and the second lack 13b supported to be vertically movable is engaged within the panel 1 in the second gear 12. And a driving shaft moving the floor-contacting device is jointed in this second lack 13b.
