PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforation forming device capable of forming a pair of skip perforations having different shapes from each other along the longitudinal direction of a continuous paper sheet. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a first laser beam source 11 which pulse-oscillates a laser beam for forming first perforations, a second laser beam source 21 which pulse-oscillates a laser beam for forming second perforations, a first beam conductive part 16 for conducting the laser beam outputted from the first laser beam source to the sheet, and a second beam conductive part 26 for conducting the laser beam outputted from the second laser beam source to the sheet. The time outputting characteristic of the first laser beam source and the time outputting characteristic of the second laser beam source are controlled independently from each other.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form uniform vertical perforations on a continuous sheet moving continuously at a variable speed. SOLUTION: The invention refers to a perforating device that forms vertical perforations on a sheet (6) moving continuously in a prescribed direction. The device is equipped with a laser source (1) for pulsatively generating a laser beam (2), a light guiding part (3-5) for guiding the laser beam onto the sheet, and a controller (7) for controlling time base output characteristics of the laser source in accordance with a change in the moving speed of the sheet.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a defective label of a plurality of IC labels peelably stuck on a web release paper mount side by side and conveyed with a good label without separately providing a conveyance route, and to replace a defective product with a good product when the replaced good label is the defective product. SOLUTION: In this device collecting the IC label of the defective product in a collection part 20 and sticking a new IC label on an area stuck with the IC label in a label sticking part 40, inspection of the IC labels 3 are newly performed in an inspection part 10b, and a conveyance direction of the release paper mounts is reversed such that the IC label 3 that is the defective product is positioned just before the collection part 20 when the IC label of the defective product is present. SOLUTION: The sheet pasting machine includes a sucking member 40 for transporting a piece-like inlet while holding it in an erected state to a transporting surface of a continuous sheet transported on transporting routes 2a, 2b, a roller 51 for changing the transport direction of the inlet so that the direction of the transport surface of the inlet changes while keeping the piece-like inlet in the erected state to the transporting surface of the continuous sheet in the transport routes of the inlet by the suction member 40. The suction member 40 pastes the inlet to the continuous sheet by falling the inlet on to the continuous sheet in a pasting area arranged in the transfer routes of the inlet. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency by reducing a process by forming needed information after inspection by the inspection without typing or printing out useless information in an RF-ID (Radio Frequency Identification) form in an RF-ID inspecting method, inspection system and RF-ID form for inspecting whether a manufactured RF-ID is good or bad according to the form state of the manufactured RF-ID. SOLUTION: An inspection processing means 13 transmits prescribed information to an inlet 12X of an inspection object for storage, receives the stored prescribed information transmitted from the inlet 12X, judges whether the inlet 12X is good or bad by comparing the received prescribed information with the transmitted prescribed information, and transmits to an optical processing means 17 typing information associated with the inlet 12X on the basis of the transmitted prescribed information. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the inspection quality and to improve the inspection efficiency by continuously inspecting a capacitive coupling type RF-ID which is an inspection object at a short interval in an inspection method and an inspection system inspecting normal/defective conditions of manufactured capacitive coupling type RF-IDs. SOLUTION: One 23 of two electrodes 22 and 23 provided in the capacitive coupling type RF-ID 21 of the inspection object is grounded through a circuit and one 13 of two counter electrodes 12 and 13 facing the electrodes 22 and 23 of the inspection object 21 on the side of the inspection system 11 arranged at a position isolated from a communicable distance of the inspection object 21 is grounded through the circuit. By capacitively coupling the side of the inspection system 11 and the inspection object 21 and performing communication, the normal/defective conditions of the inspection object 21 are judged.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an excellent laser beam machining where the laser beam is not substantially shaded by smoke generated from a part being machined and the surface of a condenser lens is not substantially spoiled by the act of the smoke. SOLUTION: The machine is a laser beam machine where a sheet (6) continuously moving in a predetermined direction is machined by being irradiated by the laser beam (2). A laser beam source which supplies a laser, beam, an optical guide part (12) for guiding the laser beam onto a sheet, and a smoke removing means (13 to 20) for sucking and removing smoke generated at a machining part of the sheet due to the radiation of the laser beam are provided.
