PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for reproducing guide melody in accordance with reproduction of the music piece, in a simpler configuration than in a conventional method. SOLUTION: A control section 11 of a music piece reproduction device 1 transmits a music piece number data of the selected music piece to a server device 2. The server device 2 reads a guide melody data corresponding to the received music piece number data and a correction data from a storage section 22, and transmits the read guide melody data and the correction data to the music piece reproduction device 1. When receiving the guide melody data and the correction data from the server device 2, the control device 11 of the music piece reproduction device 1 corrects utterance timing indicated by time code included in the received guide melody data, with a content indicated by the correction data, and according to the corrected time code, the control device 11 reproduces the guide melody data by synchronizing it with the music piece data. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content reproducing device capable of synchronously reproducing video data of a lyrics telop, background video, etc., retrieved from a predetermined database based upon an audio signal of a live musical performance etc., which is generated in real time. SOLUTION: Based upon the input audio signal, music being played is specified and music data thereof are read out. The music data include audio data including guide melody data, and a lyrics data track. A synchronous control unit 3 compares and synchronizes a live musical performance sound input from an audio input unit 1 and the audio data with each other, and a clock generator 4 generates a clock signal based upon the synchronism. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lyric display system for displaying lyric in accordance with live music, and to provide a Karaoke device for allowing a singer to sing with the live music by connecting a player and a singer at a distance and a live music Karaoke system thereof. SOLUTION: The word display system is provided with a studio for players of live bands or the like apart from a Karaoke box. The studio is provided with a performance sound collection part 9 for collecting performance sound of the live music 1, and a beat detection part 2 or the like for detecting rhythm timing of live music. Collected performance sounds and beat pulses are transmitted to the Karaoke box through a network. The Karaoke box generates a sequence clock based on the received beat pulses. SOLUTION: A radio terminal 9 is connected through a LAN 5. The radio terminal 9 displays a menu screen and receives an order from a customer, and order information is transmitted to another radio terminal 9 via the LAN 5. The radio terminal 9 collects order information by category, and displays a screen for order confirmation by category. Each person in a kitchen confirms the screen for order confirmation in charge, starts cooking, and inputs that cooking is completed. SOLUTION: The karaoke device has a second scoring means in addition to a first scoring means of evaluating/scoring a voice by analyzing the frequency component and/or sound volume component of a voice signal of a voice to karaoke music and comparing the analytic result with the karaoke music. The second scoring means performs scoring based upon the number of times of playing or the numbers of time of scoring for each karaoke music. SOLUTION: Based on music data read from a RAM 32, a sequencer 33 sets a tone parameter read from a Voice RAB to a sound source part 34 and sets a sound source parameter to reproduce a musical sound signal in a musical source part 34. The reproduced musical sound signal is demodulated by a communication part and mixed with a receiving speech signal decoded by a voice processing part 14 by a mixer 38 to be listened from a loudspeaker 22 as BGM. Further, the reproduced musical sound signal is mixed with a transmitting speech signal by a mixer 44 in the part 14, and encoded by a coder 46 as BGM and then, modulated and transmitted by a communication part 13.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform automatic singing by using the data of a small size. SOLUTION: A sequencer 10 specifies the voice generation timing and a pitch at every character from the lyrics data and the performance data in the 'KARAOKE (orchestration without lyrics)' music data, and instructs a DSP (digital signal processor) 8 to generate a singing voice signal answering to its character at the time of becoming the sound generation timing of a certain character. The DSP 8 reads out a formant parameter answering to the character from a hard disk 4, and synthesizes so as to coincide with a pitch, a level and a voice generation time instructed from the sequencer 10. In such a manner, a voice signal of required pitch, level is generated from the lyrics data, the performance data and the formant data to be outputted.

SOLUTION: This device is constituted of an effector part 21 equipped with plural blocks including sound effect elements such as a compressor or distortion, which adds a sound effect obtained from the sound effect elements to a vocal sound signal supplied from a microphone 2, and outputs a voice signal VS2, reproduction controlling part 11 which interprets and executes musical composition data, and outputs a sound effect control signal ECS and a sound source control signal SCS, sound source 12 which generates a musical sound signal MS corresponding to the sound source control signal SCS, and mixing amplifier part 22 which synthesizes and amplifies the musical sound signal MS and the voice signal VS2, and outputs it to a speaker 4. The effector part 21 sets the electrical arrangement of each block based on the sound effect control signal ECS before the reproduction of the musical composition, and sets the parameter of each sound effect element based on the sound effect control signal ECS during the reproduction of the musical composition.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for enabling balance control between audio signals, according to a playback condition of an audio signal and a playback mode of the audio signal. SOLUTION: The following processes are individually performed on each of performance data (part signals S1 to 6) of each part, which is included in a music piece data distributed from a karaoke music piece distribution server. That is, the part signal S indicated in a channel selection section 111 is removed (minus one), a frequency characteristic is converted with an equalizer, each performance data is compressed with a compressor, and a signal level is adjusted with an amplifier 116. As a result, the music piece data in which balance of each part included in the music piece data, and balance between music pieces are adjusted for singer's desired mode can be created.
