Abstract:
A massager includes a holder having an opening and an insert insertable into and removable from the opening. The holder may be ball-shaped. Opposite ends of the insert may have different spherical curvatures, and the insert may have a cylindrical body. The holder may be softer than the insert. The insert may be inverted to provide an alternative surface for trigger point massaging or other applications. Alternatively, a massager may have a ball assembly in an opening of a holder, with the holder in the form of a truncated sphere. The cup may optionally have an outer surface having a curvature substantially matching the curvature of the holder. Balls or inserts may be provided on a strap loop, with the balls and inserts used in combination or individually.
Abstract:
A sexual appliance that includes a phallic device and a support device having a first attachment member adapted to engage a support structure, such as a door, head board or bed post, and a second attachment member adapted to engage and support the phallic device.
Abstract:
A roller device, including a first tube having a first diameter, and a through-bore having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter, the through-bore extending through and concentric with the first tube, a first rod having a third diameter smaller than the second diameter, a first end, and a second end, where the second end of the first rod is operatively arranged to telescopingly engage with the through-bore of the first tube, a second rod having a fourth diameter equal to the third diameter, a first end and a second end, where the first end of the second rod is operatively arranged to telescopingly engage with the through-bore of the first tube, at least one roller arranged to rotate about the first tube, and a first handle fixedly secured to the first end of the first rod.

Abstract:
A massage device mounting system may include a massage ball with a plurality of massage fingers positioned across the ball aligned with the vertices of a pentakis dodecahedron. The massage device mounting system may also include a mounting body removably entrapped between a plurality of massage fingers on the massage apparatus. The mounting body may include a mounting shoulder with a continuous or discontinuous ring. The mounting shoulder may also be circular shaped or polygonal shaped. The mounting body may also include one or two handles coupled to the mounting shoulder. Some mounting bodies may also include a mounting base that can mount to a mounting wall.
Abstract:
A massage device can include a first wheel assembly, comprising: a first base; a first wheel supported at a predetermined distance from a first side of the first base; at least one first stem attached to a second side of the first base; the massage device further comprising: a body, the body having at least one socket, wherein the at least one socket is constructed and arranged to receive the at least one first stem, and wherein the body is constructed and arranged to prevent the at least one first stem from rotating within the at least one socket; and two or more arms connected to the body, wherein the two or more arms are constructed and arranged to removably mount the body onto a wall of a building.
Abstract:
A mounted massage roller comprising in one example: a mounting assembly configured to be mounted to a fixed structure; a pivot assembly attached to the mounting assembly at a hinge forming a horizontal hinge axis about which the hinge rotates; the pivot assembly rotatable about the hinge axis relative to the mounting assembly; the pivot assembly comprising at least one handle configured to be grasped by a patient to rotate the pivot assembly about the hinge; the pivot assembly at least one roller configured to roll about a roller axis parallel to the hinge axis; each roller having a radially outward surface configured to roll against the patient as the patient moves the pivot assembly about the hinge axis.
Abstract:
An apparatus for providing sectional (cervical, thoracic and/or lumbar spine as individual parts) and global spinal (full-total spinal: cervical/thoracic/lumbar simultaneous as a single part) decompression including a head harness that has: a rigid member which extends into the mouth cavity of a user; and an attachment point located substantially at the same distance from the center of the skull as the end of the rigid member; wherein the rigid member comprises a U-shaped mouth guard, the u-shaped mouth guard contacting at least the “rear most” upper set of teeth during use; the attachment point is configured to attach to an external force providing apparatus; the attachment point is configured to provide a force in the direction of the user's height via the mouth guard. The location of the attachment point provides an optimal force vector when the device is pulled away from the head in a direction parallel with the user's height for medical applications associated with decompression of the spine. For comfort, positional placement and stability, a forehead pad and cranial straps may be provided.
Abstract:
An anchored yet portable self-treating trigger point apparatus which can mount firmly over a doorway or similar surface. This unit has a simple adjustable anchor with three sides, and screw knobs on two opposing sides to fasten it in place. Facing outward from middle of anchor is a unit with four finger-like protuberances of which the recipient would angle against for trigger point relief. The protuberance unit can rotate 360 degrees to provide pressure from any angle.
