    Abstract: Crushing mill including a crushing chamber, an inlet pipe of the refuse to be crushed connected to the crushing chamber, and a thruster member associated to the inlet pipe; the crushing mill includes a compactor apparatus for the refuse to be crushed provided with one or more presser elements positioned in correspondence to the inlet pipe of the refuse to be crushed and configured to be moved from at least a first inactive position, in which they allow the loading of the refuse to be crushed into the inlet pipe, to at least a second active position in which they compact the refuse in the pipe; the mass of compacted refuse in the inlet pipe is sent to the crushing chamber by means of the thruster member.

    Abstract: A crushing mill includes a crushing chamber and a feed unit to feed the waste to be crushed positioned upstream of the crushing chamber. Upstream of the feed unit a first aperture is positioned for the inlet of the waste to be treated in the feed unit and, downstream of the feed unit, a second transfer aperture is positioned to transfer the waste to be treated toward the crushing chamber. The feed unit includes a member rotatable around a determinate axis and provided with at least a pair of cylindrical sectors angularly offset with respect to the axis, provided with corresponding inlet and discharge apertures of the waste to be crushed and configured so that, in any loading and/or crushing step of the waste to be crushed in the crushing mill, they prevent the first and second apertures from coming into communication with each other.

    Abstract: In one aspect, a waste disposal for processing waste may generally include a housing and a motor disposed within the housing. The housing may define an inner sidewall surface extending around an inner perimeter of the housing and a discharge outlet. The motor may include a stator and a rotor at least partially surrounding the stator. The rotor may include a sidewall defining an outer surface. The motor may be disposed within the housing such that an annular gap is defined between the inner sidewall surface of the housing and the outer surface of the sidewall. When the rotor is rotated relative to the stator, water may be drawn through the annular gap towards the discharge outlet.

    Abstract: A machine (1) is serving the purpose of comminution for example domestic garbage, refrigerators, tires, furniture, carpets, mattresses, stubs, demolition timber and similar materials. The machine has a funnel (2) for accommodating the waste, a cutting table (4) placed at the bottom of the funnel with at least one set of fixed, parallel lower knives (9a,b) which mutually are separated by openings (10a,b) through the table, at least one rotatable axle (5a,b) of a drive unit (7) which axle is placed above the cutting table into a direction, which extends perpendicular to the lower knives, and a number of disc-shaped upper knives (8a,b) fixed to the axle, each of which knives is provided with a number of teeth (13a,b) and partly extends down into each their opening of the table. The lower knives are running into a direction, which intersects the axis (18) of the axle or an area around this. Thereby it is obtained that the teeth of the upper knives will have angle of action of about 90.degree., and the stress of forces, which they exercise, will have no substantial components into the radial direction of the upper knives and along the lower knives. The advantage of this construction is that the machine is able to securely, in a fast way and efficiently carry out a process of comminution by optimum utilizing the supplied energy, and with the given dimensions the machine has furthermore a larger capacity than known hitherto.
