The fish finder device housing (10) may have an aperture (29) in at least one of the extension members for connecting a fishing line, such as that of a fishing pole, or a line for tethering the fish finder device housing (10) behind a watercraft.

Abstract: Watercraft automation and aquatic data utilization for aquatic efforts are utilized for providing a predictive suggestion. An electronic GPS mapping computer is in communication with a sonar device and a control mechanism for a trolling motor. An input of current aquatic effort data is received. Based upon the input, a predictive suggestion is provided. The predictive suggestion includes at least one location associated with a map stored on the electronic GPS mapping computer.
