Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Behandlungsvorrichtung für eine Behandlung von Behältern innerhalb eines aseptischen Reinraums (2) sowie auf eine Betätigungsanordnung zur Erzeugung einer Dreh-Hubbewegung in einem aseptischen Reinraum (2). Der wesentliche Aspekt der Erfindung ist darin zu sehen, dass das Gehäuse (3) des Reinraumes (2) im Bereich einer Durchführungsöffnung (6) über ein ein stangenartiges Betätigungselement (4) dicht umschließendes, faltenbalgartiges Dichtungselement (7) aseptisch dicht abgedichtet ist, wobei das faltenbalgartige Dichtungselement (7) derart gefaltet ist, dass dieses sowohl eine mechanische Drehbewegung als auch eine mechanische Hubbewegung des stangenartigen Betätigungselementes (4) aufnimmt.

The invention relates to a locking device (1) for screw elements (2) comprising a drive (5) and a shaft (6) connected thereto that can be displaced alternately back and forth along the center axis (X) thereof by means of a lifting arc (7), wherein the shaft (6) comprises a receptacle (10) for at least one of the screw elements (2) at an end thereof opposite the drive. In order to achieve a drive (5) that is hermetically sealed from the shaft (6), the invention proposes that the drive shaft (11) of the drive (5) is connected to the shaft (6) by means of a magnetically acting coupling element (12), so that a torque of the drive (5) is transmitted to the shaft (6), wherein the magnetically acting coupling element (12) comprises at least one first and second magnet element (13, 14) and a sealing element (15).
