Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Verfüllung eines Zugträgers insbesondere für Fördergurte, insbesondere eines Zugträgers welcher als Stahlseil ausgebildet ist. Das Verfahren soll die vollständige Durchdringung der Zugträgerkonstruktion ermöglichen. Hierbei enthält das Verfahren wenigstens folgende Verfahrensschritte: - Einführen der einzelnen Drähte (2, 2', 2", 2'", 2"") der Litze (5) in den Verlitzkopf (1) einer Verlitzmaschine (10) und - Teilweise oder vollständiges Aufbringen wenigstens eines Beschichtungsmittels auf wenigstens 50 % der einzelnen Drähte (2, 2', 2", 2'", 2"") der Litze (5) vor dem Verdrillen der einzelnen Drähte (2, 2', 2", 2'", 2"") zu einer Litze (5) oder zeitglich mit dem Verdrillen der einzelnen Drähte (2, 2', 2", 2'", 2"") zu einer Litze (5) und - Verdrillen der einzelnen Drähte (2, 2', 2", 2'", 2"") zu einer Litze (5), wobei wenigstens 50 % der einzelnen Drähte (2, 2', 2", 2'", 2"") mit wenigstens einem Beschichtungsmittel versehen sind, und - Schlagen eines Seils aus wenigstens einer Litze (5).

Le produit semi-fini (P) comprend un câble monotoron gommé in situ (C) noyé dans une composition de caoutchouc de calandrage (30). Le câble comprend : • - une couche interne du câble (CT1) comprenant N1 fil(s) interne(s), • - une couche externe du câble (CT3) comprenant N3 fils externes enroulés en hélice autour de la couche interne du câble, • - une composition de caoutchouc de gommage () disposée entre la couche interne du câble et la couche externe du câble. Chaque composition de caoutchouc de gommage (20) et de calandrage (30) comprend au moins un inhibiteur de corrosion. Le taux du ou des inhibiteurs de corrosion de la composition de caoutchouc de calandrage (30) est différent du taux du ou des inhibiteurs de corrosion de la composition de caoutchouc de gommage (20).

The present invention concerns a method of producing a strand (2) comprising wires (3) twisted together. The wires (3) are individually coated with a protective anti-corrosive barrier film containing a volatile migratory corrosion inhibitor (VMCI). The individually coated wires may then be enclosed in a protective sheath (4), and the spaces (6) between the sheath (4) and the wires (3) may filled with a corrosion-inhibiting filler substance (7). The sheath (4) and/or the corrosion-inhibiting filler substance (7) may also contain a volatile corrosion-inhibiting agent.

The invention relates to a semi-finished product (P) which includes a single-strand cable (C) gummed in situ and encased in a calendering rubber composition (30). The cable includes: an inner layer (CT1) of the cable including N1 internal wire(s); an outer layer (CT3) of the cable including N3 external wires helically wound around the inner layer of the cable; and a gumming rubber composition placed between the inner layer of the cable and the outer layer of the cable. Each gumming (20) and calendering (30) rubber composition contains a corrosion inhibitor. The corrosion inhibitor content of the calendering rubber composition (30) is different from the corrosion inhibitor content of the gumming rubber composition (20).
