본 발명은 RAP 재료로부터 아스팔트층을 제조하는데 이용되는 RAC를 수득하기 위한 가열 아스팔트 재생 시스템에 관한 것으로, 상기 본체(20)의 내부 부피 (inner volume) 내에 위치되고, 본체(20) 내에서의 열풍의 유로를 연장하여 본체의 내부에서 순환되는 열을 효율적인 방식으로 RAP에 전달하기 위해서, 본체(20)에 제1 열풍 입력(primary hot air input)을 제공하는 공기 유입관(241)을 상기 외측 통기 채널(24) 및 상기 전송 라인(23)의 부근에 연장하는 그의 적어도 하나의 섹션에 연결하는 내측 통기 채널(25), 및 배출 메카니즘(27)으로부터 나온 원하는 양의 RAP, 소정의 양의 새로운 역청, 및 선택적으로 하나 이상의 화학첨가제가 소정의 기간 동안 혼합되는 믹서(50)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

A diagonally moving heating device capable of preventing a heating container from being lowered below the level of a diagonally moving base table when the heating container is diagonally moved with the opening part thereof facing upward and a field heating and treating system for a heated object, the heating device characterized by comprising a heating device having the diagonally moving base table placed on a fixed part and pivotally movable upward, a pivotally movable swing support body supported on the diagonally moving base table, the bottomed heating container installed on the swing support body and having the opening part, and a swing drive mechanism swinging the heating container, a first derricking cylinder installed between the fixed part and the diagonally moving base table and extended and retracted to displace the diagonally moving base table between a generally horizontal position and a rearwardly tilted position where the opening part of the heating container is displaced upward, and a second derricking cylinder installed between the diagonally moving base table and the swing support body and extended and retracted to displace the swing support body between a stationary position on the diagonally moving base table and a forwardly tilted position.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trommel (1) für einen Trommeltrockner zur Trocknung und Erhitzung von granulatförmigem Mineral- und/oder Recyclingasphaltmaterial für die Asphaltherstellung, bei dem das zu trocknende und zu erhitzende Material unter einer Rotation der Trommel (1) durch die Trommel (1) gefördert wird und dabei von einem Heissgasstrom (H) erwärmt wird. Die Trommel (1) weist ein erstes Trommelende (B) auf, an welchem bei bestimmungsgemässer Verwendung der Trommel (1) der Heissgasstrom (H) in die Trommel (1) eintritt, und ein zweites Trommelende (A), an welchem bei bestimmungsgemässer Verwendung der Trommel (1) der Heissgasstrom (H) aus der Trommel (1) austritt. Im Bereich des zweiten Trommelendes (A) weist die Trommel (1) eine nicht-metallische Auskleidung (3) auf. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass sich hierdurch die Neigung zum Anbacken des Recyclingasphaltmaterials in der Trommel (1) deutlich verringern lässt.

La présente invention se rapporte à un enrobé bitumineux à modulé élevé selon la norme NF P 98-140 ou NF EN 13108-1 à base de fraisats de recyclage de matériaux de chaussée comprenant du liant bitumineux résiduel, à base de granulats neufs et à base de liant bitumineux (liant bitumineux résiduel et liant bitumineux d'apport), la teneur en liant bitumineux dans l'enrobé étant comprise entre 5,5 et 6,5% en masse. Les performances de l'enrobé bitumineux sont équivalentes et même supérieures à celles d'une enrobé à module élevé. Les enrobés à module élevé selon l'invention présentent un module de rigidité E*, mesuré à 15°C et à 10 Hz, supérieur à 15.10 3 MPa et une résistance à la fatigue en flexion alternée ε 6 , à 10°C et à 25 Hz, supérieure à 140.10 -6 .

The invention relates to a method to recycle within an installation a continuous flow of asphalt granules, wherein a wall, contacting the granules, is heated at the side facing away from the granules, and heats the granules. The process is carried out at a pneumatic pressure head at moist conditions. The granules released from the installation are directly or via a mixer supplied to an asphalt spreading machine to be applied into a road surface.

A drying and mixing plant is provided comprising a tapered inner drum (1) and an oppositely tapered outer drum (4) attached together concentrically and rotated as a unit. A burner (37) directs a hot air stream into the small end (2) of the inner drum (1). Material is fed into the small end of the inner drum, where impellers (40) lift it and drop it into the hot air stream and move the material through the inner drum (1) aided by the downward taper of the inner drum. The material exits the inner drum and enters the outer drum (4) where an additive material is introduced and mixed with the material (42) as both move through the chamber (28) between the inner and outer drums to a material outlet. The receiving end (5) of the outer drum (4) is enclosed in a shroud (12), therefore the air stream is directed through the chamber (28) between the drums, the chamber having an expanding cross section which slows the air down allowing fines to precipitate out. The device may include nozzles (17) for spraying water across the path of the air stream and material flow, and further may include, for fluid additive materials, additive nozzles (21, 23) spraying the additive material across the path of the air and material. A third drum (43) may be provided inside the inner drum (1), allowing separate addition of a third material (47), and further reducing fines in the air. The device is particularly suitable for mixing asphalt paving mix.

A method of reclamation of salvaged asphalt consisting in introducing mix-proportion designed salvaged asphalt into a double-skin drying machine (3) provided with inner gyratory cylindrical drum (32) and outer gyratory cylindrical drum (33), burning by means of a plurality of burner (6) to indirectly heat the salvaged asphalt from outside of the double-skin drying machine (3), baking the salvaged asphalt in the inner gyratory cylindrical drum (32), regenerating the generating heat by induced draught tube (5), introducing the regenerating heat into the double-skin drying machine (3) to heat the salvaged asphalt again so that asphalt in the salvaged asphalt is heated to 80 DEG C while it is gradually softening, introducing into the outer gyratory cylindrical drum (33) when asphalt and stone and the like included in the salvaged asphalt are heated to 160 DEG C, then mixing them, consequently producing regenerating product of salvaged asphalt.
