Abstract: 본 발명은 슬랩(10)의 상면에 복수의 방수시트(100)를 설치하고, 그 상면에 마감층(20)을 형성하는 방수공법에 관한 것으로서, 복수의 방수시트(100)의 상호 접합면이 맞대어져 접합부(a)를 형성하도록 설치하는 방수시트 설치단계; 다수의 관통공이 형성된 보강부재(200)를 접합부(a)의 상면에 설치하는 보강부재 설치단계; 보강부재(200)의 상면에 접착제(300)를 도포하는 접착제 도포단계;를 포함하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법을 제시함으로써, 복수의 방수시트를 사용하면서도, 그 사이 틈을 통한 누수 및 물고임 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 원활한 배수가 이루어지도록 한다.
위 방수시트(100)로서, TPO 개질 아스팔트를 부직포(110)에 도포하여 TPO 개질 아스팔트 방수시트(100)를 형성하여 사용하는 경우, 접착제(도막방수재)가 완전히 양생되기 전이라도 방수시트를 부착하는 작업이 가능하므로, 시공기간 및 시공비용을 절감할 수 있고, 냉공법에 의해 방수시트를 부착하면 되므로, 화재의 위험을 방지할 수 있다는 효과가 추가된다.
접착제(300)로서는, (A) 지방족 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리에테르 올리고올을 반응시킨 우레탄 프리폴리머 70 내지 85 중량%, 및 아로마틱계 탄화수소 15 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 제 1 액 100 중량부; (B) 유화 아스팔트 87.5 내지 98.4 중량%, 뭉침방지제 겸 이산화탄소 스캐빈져(scavenger) 1 내지 10 중량%, pH조절제 겸 안정제 0.5 내지 2.0 중량%, 및 증점제 0.1 내지 0.5 중량%를 포함하는 제 2 액 60 내지 100 중량부; 및 (C) 시멘트, 석회 또는 그 혼합물 20 내지 40 중량부로 이루어지는 3 성분계 도막방수재를 사용하는 경우, 방수시트(100)와 보강부재(200)의 결합을 견고히 하면서도, 방수시트(100) 사이의 간극을 밀실하게 메울 수 있다는 효과가 추가된다.

Abstract: A floating floor system and a floor panel and method for use with the same that includes an improved mechanical interlock system. The mechanical interlock system allows laterally adjacent floor panels that are mechanically interlocked to slide relative to one another a predetermined distance in a longitudinal direction, while prohibiting relative translation in the vertical and transverse directions. In one embodiment, the predetermined distance eliminates the need for precision cuts during installation, thereby making installation fast and easy.
