Abstract:
A speaker assembly includes a shellpot for receiving a speaker motor, the shellpot having a groove extending along an outer surface thereof. The speaker assembly further includes a speaker basket with a base portion having an opening therein for receiving the shellpot, the speaker basket including a plurality of flexible tabs substantially surrounding a perimeter of the opening, wherein the plurality of tabs are received in the groove to couple the shellpot to the speaker basket.

Abstract:
An electronic device comprising a housing that defines an internal volume of which one part only is occupied by electronic components and which is provided with at least two ventilation openings in two portions of the housing separated from one another so as to allow the circulation of air in the internal volume between these two openings, the electronic components comprising at least one loudspeaker that has a useful frequency range and that is mounted in the internal volume opposite at least one diffusion opening provided in the housing, characterised in that each ventilation opening is linked to the internal volume by a baffle channel having a length designed to a form a Helmholtz resonator having a resonance frequency located within the useful frequency range of the loudspeaker.
Abstract:
A receiver, a mobile terminal device having the same includes a main circuit disposed upward by a predetermined gap from a bottom surface of a bracket housed within the mobile terminal device. The receiver includes a diaphragm provided at the other side of the bracket separated by a predetermined gap from the main circuit and a container shape in which a circuit is wired within the bracket and that houses a receiver mesh in an area in which a portion of a lower surface of the container shape is opened and that mounts a magnet on an injection structure molded at a periphery of the receiver mesh and the diaphragm covers an upper portion of the receiver mesh and the magnet and a coil fixed to the diaphragm and facing the magnet.
Abstract:
An apparatus for measuring a plurality of loudspeakers arranged at different positions comprises: a test signal generator (10) for generating a test signal for a loudspeaker; a microphone device (12) being configured for receiving a plurality of different sound signals in response to one or more loudspeaker signals emitted by a loudspeaker of the plurality of loudspeakers in response to the test signal; a controller (14) for controlling emissions of the loudspeaker signals by the plurality of loudspeakers and for handling the plurality of different sound signals so that a set of sound signals recorded by the microphone device is associated with each loudspeaker of the plurality of loudspeakers in response to the test signal; and an evaluator (16) for evaluating the set of sound signals for each loudspeaker to determine at least one loudspeaker characteristic for each loudspeaker and for indicating a loudspeaker state using the at least one loudspeaker characteristic for the loudspeaker. This scheme allows an automatic, efficient and accurate measurement of loudspeakers arranged in a three-dimensional configuration.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ensure a support strength to a magnetic circuit unit after improving vibration characteristics in an electrically driven exciter.SOLUTION: As a suspension 50 supporting a magnetic circuit unit to a coil support member 40 so as to be displaced vertically, three flexible arms 54 extending in the same circumferential direction are provided. Thus, vibration characteristics are improved while sufficiently ensuring a length of the flexible arms 54. Thereafter, arm insert grooves 40g having a vertical width approximately equal to that of the flexible arms 54 are formed at three positions in the circumferential direction in the coil support member 40. Each of the flexible arms 54 is then inserted into the arm insert grooves 40g while turning its distal end 54a in the same circumferential direction, and a barb 54a1 is engaged to an engaging part 40f1, thereby preventing the flexible arm 54 from being dropped. Thus, the magnetic circuit unit is supported for an extended length in the circumferential direction in the distal ends 54a of the flexible arms 54, and the support strength is improved.
