Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and system for processing patent information are provided to generate specialized high quality patent analysis information by processing patent data. CONSTITUTION: At least two core keywords are generated from a patent document(S100), and at least one patent classification symbol is extracted from a patent classification symbol included in the patent document(S120). The cluster analysis processing for generating a similar patent set is performed for a set limited patent document set by including the patent classification symbol and the core keywords(S130). Abstract: A method and a system for providing a search service by automatically including a patent class code hierarchically subordinated and using an OR operator are provided to search patents by including a lower IPC(International Patent Classification) code hierarchically subordinated to an IPC code when the IPC code is included in a query form.
