Abstract: PURPOSE: A recycled hot asphalt composition is provided to ensure a low package construction temperature and to ensure rapid traffic opening after packaging construction by mixing and heating straight asphalt and modified asphalt. Abstract: A system for supervising compaction remotely in road construction is provided to supervise, record, and manage a compaction count of each layer remotely in real-time, and remotely supervise types of compaction vehicles inputted to the compaction by attaching an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag to each compaction vehicle. An RFID tag(20) is attached to each compaction vehicle and stores an ID number. A sub supervisor(10a) which consists of a sub monitor controller(11a), a GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver(12), an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) reader(13), a control input unit(14), a local communication unit(15) and a power unit(16) is installed to one side of a compaction section, obtains location information from a GPS satellite(30), obtains the ID number from the RFID tag when the RFID tag is approached, and transmits the location information and the ID number to a main supervisor(10) which consists of a GPS receiver(12), an RFID reader(13), a control input unit(14), a local communication unit(15), a power unit(16) and a communication network connection unit(17). The main supervisor is installed to another side of the compaction section, obtains the location information from the GPS satellite, and obtains the ID number from the approached RFID tag. The main supervisor transmits the location information of the sub/main supervisors, and the ID number of the RFID tag when the ID number obtained from the sub supervisor is matched with the obtained ID number. An integrated supervisor(40) which includes a construction plan information storage(45), a geographical information storage(46), a geographical information processor(47), a controller(41), a communication network connection unit(42), a key input unit(43) and an output unit(44) stores the location information and the ID number received from the main supervisor, and counts compaction by using a reception count of the same location information/ID number.
