Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for monitoring a ventilation fan blade angle adjusting unit of a thermoelectric power plant is provided to convert the displacement of a core moving forward and backward inside a sensing hole into electrical signals and to indicate the converted electric signals with a digital indicator, thereby accurately monitoring an angle of a ventilation fan blade being adjusted. CONSTITUTION: A device for monitoring a ventilation fan blade angle adjusting unit of a thermoelectric power plant comprises a hollow rack bush(80), an output member(90), a sensing unit(110), and a digital indicator(120). The output unit monitors a range that an angle of a ventilation fan is adjusted by the operation of the rack bush. The output member includes a plate arranged inside the rack bush and a supporting rod connecting a core by being protruded in a rear side of the plate. The sensing unit is arranged to be faced the rack bush and converts the displacement of a core moving linearly into electrical signals. The digital indicator connected to the sensing unit displays the converted electrical signal according to the adjusted angle of the ventilation fan blade.

CONSTITUTION: A blade angle adjustment checking device of an axial flow fan comprises a hydraulic cylinder(10), a piston shaft(20), a hydraulic pressure supply part(30), a gear housing(40), a rack-pinion gear(50), a guide body(60), an input unit(70), a hollow rack bush(80), and an output unit(90). The output unit comprises a reflection part(91), an ultrasonic wave detection part(95), and a digital indicator(99). The reflection part comprises two inner contact rings and a reflection plate and is fixed to the inner periphery of the rack bush. The ultrasonic wave detection part is fixed to the rear side of the gear housing, opposite to the rack bush, and measures the distance to the reflection plate of the reflection part. The digital indicator is connected to the ultrasonic wave detection part and displays a controlled blade angle of an axial flow fan(1) according to the distance between the ultrasonic wave detection part and the reflection plate of the reflection part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for transferring a hydraulic lathe tool rest is provided to precisely process a component of a machine by transferring a reciprocating stand within 0.02 to 0.03mm of an error limit of an LM rail and an LM block and to exactly control the size through a stopper prepared on a saddle plate. CONSTITUTION: A transfer device of a hydraulic lathe tool rest consists of an LM rail(3) for functioning as the slide way of a bed; an LM block(4) reciprocating along the slide way; a saddle plate(2) installed on an upper part of the LM block; a tool rest(1); and a stopper(12). A lower face of the saddle plate and the LM block are fixed by a bolt. The tool rest cross-slidable on the saddle plate is installed on the saddle plate. A bracket(5) is prepared on a lower part of the saddle plate to equal the movement of a hydraulic cylinder to that of the tool rest. A cylinder rod head(10) is penetrated through an inner part of the bracket and the penetrated portion is fixed by a lock nut(11). Thus, the uneven wear of the cylinder rod head is prevented by the lock nut. Further, an error of the cylinder rod head and the bracket is minimized through repetitive movement.
