Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cr-Cu alloy sheet having a low coefficient of thermal expansion in an in-plane direction and a high thermal conductivity, maintaining a low coefficient of thermal expansion even after bonding by heating to high temperature, and also having excellent workability and improved plating property and further to provide a heat sink for semiconductors and a heat dissipating component for semiconductors using the Cr-Cu alloy sheet. SOLUTION: The Cr-Cu alloy sheet having the following characteristics is manufactured: a surface layer composed substantially of Cu is formed at least on one side of a Cr-Cu alloy sheet composed of a Cu matrix and a flat Cr phase and produced by powder metallurgy; Cr content in the Cr-Cu alloy sheet excluding the surface layer composed of Cu ranges from >30 to 80 mass%; and the average aspect ratio of the flat Cr phase ranges from >1.0 to

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration generator ensuring high bonding strength between a vibrator and the rotary shaft of a motor and capable of being manufactured inexpensively while exhibiting high manufacturing workability and productivity. SOLUTION: The vibration generator has a structure wherein, while the rotary shaft 1 of the motor is inserted into a groove formed between a pair of protruded bearing protrusions protruding from a vibrator body 3, both of the bearing protrusions are caulked in the inside direction of the groove, thereby constraining or fixing the shaft 1 to caulking parts 6a, 6b. The caulking parts 6a, 6b are structured such that at least top parts and upper outer surfaces thereof have each a convex shape in the width direction of the vibrator, preferably lower outer surfaces thereof have each the concave shape in the width direction of the vibrator, and the upper outer surfaces and lower outer surfaces have respectively continuous curved faces in the width direction of the vibrator. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coat provided with a plurality of properties such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high film hardness and lubricity, and to provide a method of producing the same. SOLUTION: The coat is formed of a composite compound containing Cr, B and N, and, if required, further one or more kinds of metallic elements selected from the group consisting of the group 4A, 5A and 6A elements in the Periodic Table, and/or C, and has a film thickness of 1 to 10 μm. A composite film is formed so that the above coat is applied to the topmost layer, and a CrN film or a film consisting of a composite compound comprising one or more kinds of metallic elements selected from the group consisting of the group 4A, 5A and 6A elements in the Periodic Table and/or one or more kinds selected from N and C, is applied to the directly upper layer of a base material. The film or composite film is produced by an arc ion plating method or a magnetron sputtering method using a solid target material with a sintered structure containing B. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
