    Abstract: A fluid-property detection device includes a housing attached to the external device, the housing being configured to hold the outer electrode and the inner electrode, an outer insulating member provided between the housing and the outer electrode, the outer insulating member being configured to insulate between the housing and the outer electrode, and an inner insulating member provided between the outer electrode and the inner electrode, the inner insulating member being configured to insulate between the outer electrode and the inner electrode, being configured to insulate between the housing and the inner electrode. The outer electrode and the inner electrode respectively have tip end portions, the tip end portions projecting out from the housing and being configured to expose to the detection target fluid contained in the external device.

The overturn preventing device includes a damper, a pair of bases, and an angle regulator. The damper is mounted between a top surface of a piece of furniture installed on an installation surface and a ceiling. Both ends of the damper are respectively coupled to the bases so as to be rotatable about respective rotation axes. The seal member taking-out device includes a shaft member, a cylinder member, a moving member, and a taking-out member. The shaft member is columnar or cylindrical. The cylinder member is cylindrical and the shaft member is inserted through the cylinder member so that the cylinder member is movable in a direction of a central axis of the shaft member. The cylinder member is shorter than the shaft member and extends in the direction of the central axis of the shaft member. The moving member moves a plurality of seal members stacked on the shaft member and the cylinder member, in a direction of a distal end of the shaft member. The taking-out member takes out the seal members from the distal end of the shaft member.
