Abstract:
The present invention relates to a combustion reactor for nanopowders, a synthesis apparatus for nanopowers using the combustion reactor, and a method of controlling the synthesis apparatus. The combustion reactor for nanopowders comprises an oxidized gas supply nozzle connected to an oxidized gas tube; a gas supply unit supplying a fuel gas and a precursor gas; and a reaction nozzle forming concentricity on an inner wall of the oxidized gas supply nozzle to be connected to the gas supply unit and having an inlet opening for supplying an oxidized gas disposed at a region adjacent to a jet orifice for spraying flames. In the present invention, it is possible to precisely control the stability of flames, the uniform temperature distribution of flames and the temperature of flames that affect the properties of nanopowders, and the deposition of oxide in the combustion reactor is prevented to thus enable a continuous and uniform reaction for a long time, thereby enabling an economic and efficient synthesis of nanopowders.
Abstract:
A housing having juice extracting housing ribs and used in a juicer, with a juice extracting screw installed in the housing. The housing has a simplified interior structure and, accordingly, reduces the production cost of the juicer and easily dispenses juice and residue separately using respective passages.

Disclosed is an internal antenna using electromagnetic coupling supporting improved impedance matching. The disclosed antenna comprises: a first electrically conductive member of which one terminal is electrically connected to an electrical power point; a second electrically conductive member which is electrically connected to the earth at a predetermined distance from the first electrically conductive member; an emitter which extends from the second electrically conductive member; and an earthing plate which is coupled to the other terminal of the first electrically conductive member. The disclosed antenna has the advantage that impedance matching characteristics can be improved while ensuring appropriate broadband characteristics and multi-band characteristics.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aqueous cleaning solution composition for removing the contaminant formed in a channel portion of a thin film transition during a manufacturing process of a flat panel display (FPD), and a cleaning method using the same. The aqueous cleaning solution composition of the present invention has an excellent cleaning power against an organic contaminant, a metal-resist deposit, a metal oxide and a metal complex formed in a channel portion of a thin film transition, and also has excellent corrosion prevention of a metal interconnect formed on a substrate, particularly copper and copper alloy interconnects, and an insulating film. In addition, the aqueous cleaning solution composition of the present invention contains a large amount of deionized water and thus can be easily handled and is environmentally advantageous.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an aluminum paste for a back electrode of a solar cell, including, based on the total amount thereof: 65 ~ 75 wt% of aluminum powder having an average particle size dis¬ tribution of 0.01 ~ 5 µm; 0.01 ~ 5 wt% of glass frit; and 20 ~ 34.90 wt% of an organic vehicle solution. The aluminum paste is advantageous in that since the contact between aluminum paste and a textured silicon wafer is improved, the bowing of a solar cell can be prevented, and the formation of aluminum balls and/or bumps and the occurrence of yellow discoloration can be minimized during a co-firing process, the values of short circuit current (Isc) and open circuit voltage (Voc) can be greatly increased and the efficiency of a solar cell can be remarkably improved.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a resist stripper composition for forming copper-based wiring, which uses a compound containing sulfone and/or sulfine and/or an ester as the stripper and which can effectively prevent the corrosion of a conductive metal layer of copper or copper alloy wiring and an insulating layer of silicon oxide or silicon nitride which are disposed under the resist, even without the use of isopropanol as an intermediate cleaner, and also can cleanly remove the deteriorated and/or cured resist even at low temperature in a short period of time.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an aluminum paste for a back electrode of a solar cell, comprising: aluminum powder in which aluminum powder having an average particle size (D 50 ) of 4 ~ 6 μm and aluminum powder having an average particle size (D 50 ) of 2 ~ 4 μm are mixed in a ratio of 6:4 ~ 9.5:0.5 by weight. The aluminum paste is advantageous in that since the contact between aluminum paste and a silicon wafer textured using two or more kinds of aluminum powder having a different average particle size is improved, the warpage of a solar cell can be prevented or the formation of aluminum bubbles or bumps and the occurrence of yellow discoloration can be minimized during a calcination process, the values of short circuit current (Isc) and open circuit voltage (Voc) can be greatly increased, and the efficiency of a solar cell can be remarkably improved.
Abstract:
A system and method of managing read and delivery reports for messages is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method for generating a read report using an IMAP includes processing a message received from a first converged internet protocol messaging (CPM) client device, storing the processed message into a message storage server using an internet message access protocol (IMAP) protocol, generating a read report by the second CPM client device in response to displaying the processed message stored in the message storage server, and delivering the read report to the first CPM client device by a CPM participating/controlling function server. The method also includes blocking redundant delivery reports generated upon retrieval of the message.
