Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve measurement accuracy by fixing a drive means and a frequency detection means relative to each other, connecting them on a substrate on the same side of a vibration beam in one piece, and providing a shaft in the longitudinal direction that is nearly vertical to the shaft in the longitudinal direction of the vibration beam at the drive means. CONSTITUTION: When a tongue 23 between bellows 15 and 16 is moved due to the deviation or move of the bellows, a pivotal shaft lever part 30 is subjected to pivotal shaft move around a pivot 27 by the tongue 23. The move gives a change in the tension and compression force of a vibration beam 42, and the resonance frequency of vibration is changed. The change in the resonance frequency is proportional to the difference of pressure at pressure entrances 20 and 21, and hence the bellows 15 and 16. Since one pressure entrance is connected to atmosphere or vacuum, the difference of the pressures is measured. Also, isolation parts 43 and 44 have masses 43A and 44A that are extended vertically to the beam 42 and have separation springs 43B and 43C and 44B and 44C each. The separation materials retain the beam 42 in a nonconnected state with the placement part of the edge part, thus decreasing energy loss that causes the quality of the beam 42 to deteriorate.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output an accurate flow rate measurement value, even at the outside of a conventional flow rate range, when a large diameter flow tube is used for reducing the output loss. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for a vortex flowmeter, a sensor component 222 is combined with at least one of two or more integrated flow tubes, having hole parts 92 and 102 with apertures smaller than flow tube flange parts 88 and 98, having two or more different size numbers. Each of the integrated flow tubes 80 and 82 is constructed of a flange part, a flow tube hole part, and an large-diameter part (or a small-diameter part) smoothing transition of the flow from the large-diameter flange part to the small-diameter hole part. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external lead wire attachment clip which simplifies a lead wire attaching tool not to unnecessarily extend a physical vessel of an electronic apparatus module. SOLUTION: A compact industrial process transmitter has an electronics module including a top surface which has a plurality of lead wire attachment points thereon. At least one of the lead wire attachment points disposed on the top surface of the compact temperature transmitter electronics module includes an upwardly extending external lead wire attachment clip. In one embodiment, a plurality of upwardly extending lead wire attachment clips like lead wire attachment points have a lead wire engaging surface that is on the same plane as or above the top surface of the compact temperature transmitter electronics module. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-power radar type level gauge having intensified diagnostic function. SOLUTION: A microwave transceiver 140 generates a microwave signal, and the microwave signal is advanced along a termination 110 through a reference impedance discontinuous surface 155 and propagated into the interface 127 of a process product. The first part of the signal is reflected by the reference impedance discontinuous surface, and the second part is reflected by the interface of the process product. A diagnostic signal is generated on the basis of the characteristic of the first reflected part. A level output is generated on the basis of the first and second reflected parts.
