    Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve measurement accuracy by fixing a drive means and a frequency detection means relative to each other, connecting them on a substrate on the same side of a vibration beam in one piece, and providing a shaft in the longitudinal direction that is nearly vertical to the shaft in the longitudinal direction of the vibration beam at the drive means. CONSTITUTION: When a tongue 23 between bellows 15 and 16 is moved due to the deviation or move of the bellows, a pivotal shaft lever part 30 is subjected to pivotal shaft move around a pivot 27 by the tongue 23.
