    Abstract: Thermoplastic resin composition comprising: (a1) at least one styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer component A1, (a2) at least one acrylonitrile styrene acrylate graft copolymer A2 as impact modifier, (a3) optionally at least one thermoplastic polymer A3 other than components A1 and A2, (b) at least one pigment B, (c) at least one hindered amine UV light stabilizer C, and (d) optionally further polymer additives D, other than components B and C, wherein the UV stabilizing component(s) present in the thermoplastic resin are only hindered amine UV light stabilizer(s) C.

    Abstract: The invention relates to thermoplastic molding compositions (T) comprising 10 to 99% by weight, based on the total weight of the molding composition (T), of at least one type of recycled polymer material (A), containing 20 to 100% by weight, based on recycled material (A), of recycled acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (A1); up to 80% by weight of at least one recycled styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (A2); up to 10% by weight of recycled polymeric impurities (A3), different from (A1) and (A2); 0.1 to 30% by weight, based on the total weight of the molding composition (T), of at least one graft copolymer (B), different from (A); 0.1 to 18% by weight, based on the molding composition (T), of block copolymer (C); and optionally up to 89.8% by weight of further polymer component (D), different from (A), (B) and (C); optionally up to 30% by weight of filler and/or reinforcing agent (E); and optionally up to 30% by weight of further additive (F).

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for producing a three-dimensional component by means of selective laser sintering (SLS), wherein a processing temperature Tx is established in a build chamber, and a powder layer consisting of a thermoplastic polymer powder is provided in the build chamber. The thermoplastic polymer powder comprises a blend of a semicrystalline polymer, an amorphous polymer and a polymeric compatibilizer. The polymer powder is then melted in a spatially resolved manner by means of a directed beam of electromagnetic radiation, wherein binding of the regions of the melted and resolidified polymer layer by layer in multiple steps affords a three-dimensional component. In the process of the invention, the temperature in the build chamber during the performance of the individual steps varies by not more than +/−10% from the processing temperature Tx set. In addition, the processing temperature Tx differs by not more than +/−20 K from the processing temperature Tx(A) of a polymer powder comprising the corresponding semicrystalline polymer as the sole polymeric component.
