Abstract: 본발명은폴리올의말단기인수산기(-OH)를암모니아(NH3)와반응하여아미노반응(Aminolysis) 공정으로이 수산기(-OH)를아민으로치환하여 1차폴리옥시알킬렌폴리아민을제조함으로써, 치환율을높여결과적으로수율을향상할수 있는 1차폴리옥시알킬렌폴리아민의제조방법을제공하는데 그목적이있다. 특히, 본발명은암모니아를액화하여제공함으로써, 반응기내에원하는양의암모니아를고압으로공급하여반응을촉진할수 있게한 1차폴리옥시알킬렌폴리아민의제조방법을제공하는데 다른그 목적이있다. 이와같은목적을달성하기위한본 발명에따른폴리올·폴리올의전체중량대비 5~10%의레이니니켈촉매제그리고폴리올대비 2~4㏖비로 -30℃이하에서액화한암모니아를교반하되, 온도 130~200℃와압력 1400~2000PSI의조건에서 24시간교반하여, 폴리올의말단기그룹의수산기(OH-)를암모니아(NH)와반응하게하여아민기(NH)로치환하는것을특징으로한다.
