Abstract: An air charging apparatus of a lifesaving tube is provided to reduce accidents and to contribute to save a human life by rapidly injecting compressed air into the lifesaving tube for use in case of emergency. An air charging apparatus of a lifesaving tube includes a case(10), an air passage(20), a valve(30), a supporting unit(40), and a locking unit(50). The case is made of a plastic or aluminum material, includes holes(11) to let water therein, and has impact absorbing units for embedded elements inside. The air passage includes an air inlet(21), an air transport path(22), and an air outlet(23). The air inlet receives air from a compressed air tank and discharges the air through the air transport path to the air outlet which is connected to the lifesaving tube. The valve is cylindrical in shape, is made of stainless steel, and is formed inside the air transport path for controlling air flow. The supporting unit supports the valve not to separate from the air transport path by an elastic force of a spring(60). The locking unit prevents separation of the valve with the spring.

CONSTITUTION: A portable automatic memory device includes an event time input switch part(110), a digital clock(130), a memory part(140), an output part, a control part(120), and a power supplying unit. An event time is an absolute time. The event time input switch part(110) is used for inputting an event time in which an event occurs when a target event happens. The memory part(140) is connected to the event time input switch part(110) when the event time input switch part(110) is turned on and receives an event time from the digital clock(130) so as to record the event time. The output part is used for outputting data stored in the memory part(140). The control part controls the event time input switch part, a digital clock, a memory part(140), and the output part.
