본 발명은 인간 중간엽 줄기세포의 지방세포로의 분화를 촉진하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 건율, 권백, 노회, 단삼, 박하, 반하, 소맥, 어성초, 원지 및 조각인 추출물 중 1종 이상을 유효성분으로 함유하여 인간 중간엽줄기세포를 지방세포로 분화하는 것을 촉진시킴으로써 지방체(Lipid droplet)를 생성하여, 특정 부위의 피부의 볼륨감을 증대시키는 미용 또는 성형용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
