Abstract: PURPOSE: A make-up cosmetic composition containing titanium dioxide is provided to prevent white cloudy phenomenon and to express natural make-up. CONSTITUTION: A make-up cosmetic composition comprises capsules containing 20-80 weight% of titanium dioxide. The capsule contains 1.0-40.0 weight% based on total weight of the composition. The particle diameter of the capsule is 200nm-3um. The particle diameter of titanium dioxide is 10-100 nm. The capsule further contains 0.1-30 weight% of ferric oxide. The composition is formulated in face powder, compact, powder foundation, two way cake, liquid foundation, cream foundation, or make-up base.

Abstract: An eyeshadow cosmetic composition using cross-linking polymer is provided to ensure formulation stability and elasticity. A cosmetic composition of gel type eyeshadow comprises ester based oil, polymer oil, cross-linking powder and cross-linking polymer oil. The ester based oil is distearate or tristearate. The ester based oil is contained in a ratio of 10-20 weight%. The polymer oil is styrene-isoprene copolymer. The cross-linking powder is dimethicone, vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer/silica powder. The cross-linking powder is contained in a ratio of 2.5-3 weight%. The cross-linking oil is dimethicone/dimethicone, and vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer. The composition contains the oil and powder in a weight ratio of 45-50:55-50.

The plate-shaped powder has the 70~180° of a contact angle about artificial serum and the 120~180° of the contact angle about hyper pure water.
