본명세서에기재된 5-아다만탄-1-일-N-(2,4-다이하이드록시벤질)-2,4-다이메톡시벤즈아마이드는독성이없으면서우수한항염효과를나타낼수 있다. 예컨대, NO 및 PGE2 중하나이상의생성을저해하거나, 전사인자인 NF-κB 및 AP-1 중하나이상의활성을억제하거나, IL-1β와같은염증성사이토카인을저해함으로써우수한항염효과를나타낸다.
Abstract:
A capsule according to the present invention has a lamella structure including: a core having oil; and a outer shell having beta-1,3-glucan capturing the core, and therefore useful active ingredients such as vitamin, ceramide, and enzymes can be stably stored in the oil. Particularly, an active ingredient, which is susceptible to degeneration in an aqueous phase, such as aqueous vitamin, is stored in oil to allow the active ingredient to be stably stored. According to the preparation method of the present invention, a lamella structure having a core of a capsule including oil and an outer shell capturing the core can be easily prepared in a micro size only through a double nozzle structure consisting of a tube and a needle. Further, a size of the capsule or the core can be freely adjusted by only adjusting a diameter of the tube or the needle. Also, the capsule can be mass produced by using the method continuously.

CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition for skin whitening contains 0.0001-50.0 wt% of extract of Broussonetia kazinoki Sieb flowers and fruits as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared by drying by sun light or hot wind and isolating with water or ethanol. A method for preparing hyaluronic acid hydrogel nanoparticles is provided to obtain chemically crosslinked hyaluronic acid hydrogel nanoparticles showing high skin absorption capability and high water swelling degree. To prepare chemically crosslinked hyaluronic acid hydrogel nanoparticles, a surfactant dissolved oily phase and an aqueous phase where hyaluronic acid and a water-soluble crosslinking agent are dissolved in a basic aqueous solution, wherein the oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of cetyl ethylhexanoate(CEH), dodecane and heptane, the surfactant is at least one selected from the group consisting of cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone, sorbitan sesquioleate and polyethylene glycol (30) dipolyhydroxy stearate, the water-soluble crosslinking agent is a bis-epoxide such as butylene glycol diglycidyl ether(BDG) or polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(PEGDG) and a mixture ratio of the oil phase and the aqueous phase is 1:1-7:3. Further, a weight of the hyaluronic acid is 2 to 5 wt.% based on basic aqueous solution.
