The oil is selected from the group consisting of liquid oil, solid oil, wax, hydrocarbon oil, higher fatty acid, high carbon number alochol, synthetic ester oil, and silicon oil. The emulsifier is selected from the group consisting of sorbitan fatty acid ester, glycerin fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, a polyether modified silicon surfactant, and a silicon surfactant.
