PURPOSE: A makeup cosmetic composition containing water soluble ingredients is provided to ensure smooth and soft texture. CONSTITUTION: A makeup cosmetic composition contains 2-5 wt% of water soluble ingredients and 30-70 wt% of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA). The water soluble ingredients include arbutin, niacinamide, adenosine ascorbyl glucoside, or salicylic acid. The composition further contains 7-15 wt% of oil phase ingredient, 7-15 wt% of dispersion agent, 20-35 wt% of oil, and 35-50 wt% of solid powder pigment.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing titanium dioxide is provided to ensure high adhesion on the skin and excellent UV protection ability. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.1-10 wt% of titanium dioxide(TiO_2) with 200-500 nm of particle size. The UV protection agent contains the cosmetic composition. A makeup cosmetic product contains the cosmetic composition. The titanium dioxide improves soft texture.

PURPOSE: A makeup cosmetic composition containing inorganic pigment which is treated with alkyl silane on the surface and hydrocarbon oil is provided to enhance skin adhesion and water proofing property. CONSTITUTION: A makeup cosmetic composition of oil-in-water type contains inorganic pigment which is treated with alkyl silane on the surface and hydrocarbon oil of high adhesion. The alkyl silane is trimethoxy isobutyl silane, trimethoxy octyl silane, trimethoxy decyl silane, or triethoxy caprylyl silane. The inorganic pigment is a mixture having 0.5-25 % of surface-treated titanium oxide and 0.01-10 wt% of surface-treated ferric oxide.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing polymersome is provided to ensure excellent stability and to improve skin tone by improving skin moisturizing. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains papain-encapsulated polymersome, ceramide and niacinamide mixture-encapsulated polymersome, or mixture thereof. The polymersome is prepared by mixing polylactic acid and polyethylene glycol in a weight ratio of 1:1-1:10. The composition is used for improving skin moisturizing and skin texture.
