Abstract: 본 발명은 계면활성제를 다량 포함하고 있는 샴푸 등 두피 세정 제품의 실제 사용 조건에서의 미약한 피부 자극에 의한 각질층의 두께를 측정하여 두피의 손상 정도를 평가하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 기존의 첩포시험(patch test)을 개선하고 생체 공초점 레이저 주사현미경(in vivo confocal microscopy)과 이미지 분석 프로그램을 이용하여 객관적이고 시각적으로 피부 각질층의 손상 정도를 측정하여 두피 손상 정도를 평가하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
