PURPOSE: A patent information system and a mapping information processing method between a technical problem and a technical solution are provided to divide, grasp, and map a technical solution task and the technical solution, thereby easily finding the technical solution of other patent related to the same or a similar technical solution task. CONSTITUTION: A dependent claim character string is obtained and parsed, and a task unit and a solution unit are extracted from the character string (S12). The task unit and the solution unit are mapped and stored (S14). A keyword group including a keyword is extracted from at least one of the task unit and the solution unit. The keyword is a simple keyword, a complex keyword, a concurrent pair, and a triple. PURPOSE: A system on producing information on unoccupied fusion candidate information using patent data is provided to easily discover a fusion pattern by processing a divided patent combination of a patent group which a user wants to check. CONSTITUTION: A unit fusion component generator(970) creates a unit fusion component by using a patent group. A fusion pattern analyzer(950) creates a network diagram by using the unit fusion component. A candidate blank fusion discoverer(980) receives a search node about a branch node and processes a blank fusion candidate information by classifying unused search node among the search nodes.

PURPOSE: A method and system for processing patent information are provided to generate specialized high quality patent analysis information by processing patent data. CONSTITUTION: At least two core keywords are generated from a patent document(S100), and at least one patent classification symbol is extracted from a patent classification symbol included in the patent document(S120). The cluster analysis processing for generating a similar patent set is performed for a set limited patent document set by including the patent classification symbol and the core keywords(S130). The cluster analysis performance result is stored by patent document unit.

A patent information service system for hierarchically integrating assignee-based and inventor-based patent information service systems, and a method thereof are provided to automatically construct/integrate the assignee-based and inventor-based patent information service systems by automatically constructing the assignee-based patent information search system based on a patent information database, and extracting inventor information from patent information. Assignee information including an assignee is checked from a patent information database, and patents applied or registered by the checked assignee are searched from the patent information database(S1620). A hierarchically integrated assignee-based patent information service system is constructed when the patent documents are searched(S1630). Inventor information registered as an inventor of the patent documents is extracted(S1660). A hierarchically integrated inventor-based patent information service system is constructed by using the extracted inventor information(S1670). The inventor-based patent information service system manages patent information registered by the inventor. The assignee-based patent information service system manages the patent information registered by the assignee.

A method and a system for providing a search service by automatically including a patent class code hierarchically subordinated and using an OR operator are provided to search patents by including a lower IPC(International Patent Classification) code hierarchically subordinated to an IPC code when the IPC code is included in a query form. A hierarchical IPC code database(130) stores information for parent/child relation between the IPC codes having a hierarchical structure. A patent information analyzing engine(140) processes the IPC codes by including a lower IPC code processing module(144) and a modified query generating module(146). The lower IPC code processing module obtains the information for a lower IPC code of the received IPC code when the IPC code is included in the received query. The modified query generating module modifies the received query to include the information for the lower IPC code information searched by the lower IPC codes processing module in a search result.
