Abstract: 본 발명은 광역동 치료 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 생체 내에 삽입되는 튜브; 튜브의 내외부로 이동가능하게 설치되고, 튜브의 외부로 배출된 상태에서 광을 조사하는 광조사부; 및 광조사부를 튜브의 내외부로 이동시키는 조작부를 포함할 수 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 사용자의 작동에 의해 튜브의 외부로 펼쳐지고, 동시에 회전되면서 광을 조사하게 된다. 따라서, 위장관(胃腸管)과 같은 굴곡진 부위나 요철 부위(점막 주름 부위)와 같은 생체 내에도 광이 조사될 수 있으므로 효과적인 광역동 치료가 가능하다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 광 및 초음파 역학 치료용 캡슐 내시경에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 내시경 몸체; 내시경 몸체의 외면에 구비되고, 서로 다른 파장의 광 및 초음파를 조사하는 광 및 초음파 조사부; 및 내시경 몸체의 외면에 연결되고, 광 및 초음파 역학 치료를 위한 물질을 포함하는 광 및 초음파 역학 치료부를 포함하고, 광 및 초음파 조사부에서 조사되는 광 및 초음파에 의해 상기 광 및 초음파 역학 치료부가 활성화될 수 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 캡슐 내시경 본연의 기능인 진단 뿐만 아니라 캡슐 내시경이 체내를 통과하면서 치료도 가능하기 때문에, 별도의 치료가 필요없으며 환자도 편안하게 치료까지 받을 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a capsule endoscope for photodynamic and sonodynamic therapy. The present invention is comprised of: an endoscope body; a light and ultrasonic wave irradiation part provided on the outer surface of the endoscope body and irradiating lights and ultrasonic waves of different wavelengths; and a photodynamic and sonodynamic therapy part connected to the outer surface of the endoscope body and comprising a material for photodynamic and sonodynamic therapy, wherein the photodynamic and sonodynamic therapy part can be activated by the lights and ultrasonic waves irradiated from the light and ultrasonic wave irradiation part. According to the present invention, the capsule endoscope can treat while passing through the body, in addition to carrying out diagnosis which is the inherent function of a capsule endoscope, and thus an additional treatment is not required and a patient can comfortably receive the therapy.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种用于光动力学和声子动力学治疗的胶囊型内窥镜。 本发明包括：内窥镜体; 设置在所述内窥镜主体的外表面上并照射不同波长的光和超声波的光和超声波照射部; 以及连接到所述内窥镜主体的外表面并且包括用于光动力学和声子动力学治疗的材料的光动力学和声力学治疗部分，其中所述光动力学和声力动力学治疗部分可以被由所述光和超声波辐射照射的光和超声波激活 部分。 根据本发明，除了进行作为胶囊型内窥镜的固有功能的诊断之外，胶囊型内窥镜可以在通过身体的同时进行治疗，因此不需要额外的治疗，患者可以舒适地接受治疗。
