Abstract: PURPOSE: A stone panel for plastering and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by not requiring an additional cutting process or complex mold structure. CONSTITUTION: Silicon of a gel state is injected into a receiver of a frame. A model with fixed molds is inserted into the receiver. A flexible mold(50) is completed by curing the silicon. The model is separated and the molds are combined with the flexible mold. Mortar is injected into the mold. A panel(20') is completed by curing the mortar and is separated from the flexible mold.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A construction block for displaying a rampart image, and a construction structure thereby are provided to improve supporting force of the block and to create a new design with various patterns. CONSTITUTION: A construction block for displaying a rampart image comprises a front body(110), a rear body(120), a pair of fixtures(130), plastering members(150), and vegetation nets(160). Multiple first and second grooves are formed on the front surface of the front body. Groove parts(102) and protrusions(101) are formed on the top, bottom, and side surfaces of the front body. The rear body is arranged in a line with the front body. The fixtures fix the front and rear bodies to be separated from each other. The plastering members are fixed to the first grooves. The vegetation nets are inserted into the second grooves.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a yellow soil ball and the yellow soil ball manufactured thereby are provided to manufacture the yellow soil ball including charcoal and yellow soil, and to improve the environment condition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a yellow soil ball comprises the following steps: drying a composition containing yellow soil, dolomite or phlogopite, serpentine, oak powder, shells, and diatomaceous soil(S11); crushing the composition into the diameter of 100~200 micrometers(S12); mixing 60~80wt% of yellow soil, 5~10wt% of dolomite or phlogopite, 5~10wt% of serpentine, 5~10wt% of oak powder, and 5~10wt% of shells, diatomaceous soil, or acrylic resin to form a gel state mixture(S13); extruding the mixture into a yellow soil ball block(S14); polishing the yellow soil ball block(S15); wrapping the ball with a noninflammable material(S16); and removing the material after sintering, and cooling the ball(S17,S18).
