본 발명은 배추 속 식물의 개화형 판별용 프라이머 세트 및 이를 이용한 배추 속 식물의 개화형 판별 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 배추 속 식물의 개화 생리를 생육 초기에 예측할 수 있어 배추 속 식물의 교배 육종 및 채종 재배 시 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A novel polynucleotide which generates keto-carotenoid such as astaxanthin is provided to produce a transgenic plant which generates two kinds of keto-carotenoid(astaxanthin and canthaxanthin). CONSTITUTION: A novel polynucleotide which generates keto-carotenoid such as astaxanthin contains a nucleic acid of sequence number 1 or 2. A recombinant vector containing the polynucleotide of sequence number 1 or 2 additionally contains a polynucleotide with a nucleic acid of sequence number 3 or 4. The recombinant vector is pGlb:BAC, pGlb:stBAC, pGlb:BAC-PAC, or pGlb:stBAC-PAC vector. A cell which is transformed with the recombinant vector is an Agrobacterium sp. microorganism or a plant cell. A transgenic plant containing the recombinant vector is Oryza sativa, corn, or barley. PURPOSE: A primer set for determining a flowering type of Brassica sp. plant and a determining method using the same are provided to predict flowering physiology of the plant. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for determining a flowering type of Brassica sp. plant contains a primer of sequence numbers 3 and 4. A method for determining the flowering type of the plant comprises: a step of amplifying DNA isolated from the plant using the primer set; and a step of identifying the size of amplified products. A kit for determining the flowering type contains the primer set. The kit also contains a reaction buffer solution, DNA polymerase, dNTPs, and stabilzing agent. 본 발명은 식물의 특이적 발현을 유도하는 유전자군의 프로모터 및 이를 이용하여 목적 유전자를 식물체내에서 특이적으로 발현시키는 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 식물의 특이적 발현을 유도하는 배추 개화조절 BrFLC 유전자군의 프로모터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 식물의 특이적 발현을 유도하는 배추 개화조절 BrFLC 유전자군의 신규 프로모터와 이를 포함하는 발현벡터 및 형질전환 식물체가 제공된다. 또한, 본 발명에서는 상기 프로모터를 이용하여 목적 유전자를 식물체의 특이적 영역에서 발현시키는 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명은 다양한 목적의 형질전환 식물체 개발 등에 활용될 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A protein with PDAT(phospholipid diacylglycerol acyltransferase) activity has an amino acid of sequence number 3. The PDAT protein is derived from Ricinus communis L. A nucleic acid molecule encoding the PDAT protein has a base sequence of sequence number 6. A transgenic plant with enhanced hydroxyl fatty acid production is prepared by transforming the nucleic acid molecule with a recombinant vector. CONSTITUTION: A pDME1 promoter which is specifically expressed in a meristem of leaf end and roots of Oryza sativa contains a base sequence of sequence number 1. A vector comprises the pDME1 promoter and operatively linked foreign gene. A transgenic plant is obtained by transforming by the vector. A method for preparing the transformant comprises: a step of preparing the vector; a step of introducing the vector to Oryza sativa; and a step of selecting transgenic Oryza sativa which is specifically expressed in the meristem of leaf end and roots.
