    Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device is provided to ensure low driving voltage, high luminous efficiency, high color purity and excellent lifetime property by comprising a fluorene-based light emitting material. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent device comprises a light emitting layer arranged between a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The light emitting layer contains a compound represented by formula I. In chemical formula I, R1-R9 are selected from Independently hydrogen, C1-30 alkyl or cycloalkyl which contains or does not contain at least one hetero atom, C1-10 aryl group which contains or does not contain at least one hetero atom and is substituted with alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, arylalkyl, or aryloxy group, and C5-30 aryl group which contains or does not contain at least one hetero atom; and R10 is Independently hydrogen, 1-30 alkyl or cycloalkyl which contains or does not contain at least one hetero atom, and C5-30 aryl group which contains or does not contain at least one hetero atom and is substituted or unsubstituted with C1-30 alkyl.
