Abstract: PURPOSE: A biaxially stretched polyester film with high transparency and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance process running stability, winding property, and light property by forming coating layer of muricate including highly diffused particles on a surface of film. CONSTITUTION: A biaxially stretched polyester film with high transparency has 85% or greater of permeability by spreading coating solution of adhesive resin including nano particle high dispersible filler on one side or both sides. The coating solution has 85% or greater of permeability by having micro protrusions including 30-100 nm of highly diffused silica particles on a surface. The particle is synthesized by dispersion and rectangular shape and does not exceed 1 % of dispersion degree. Thickness of the coating layer is 0.01-0.1micron and cloudiness of polyester film which the coating layer is spread on single or both sides is 2% or less.
