Abstract: A combination pedestrian protection and protective cover for a street light is provided to protect the pillar of the street light and to improve external appearance the pillar of the street light after installation thereof. A combination pedestrian protection and protective cover for a street light is as follows. A pillar insertion hole(117) in which a pillar of the street light is inserted is formed on the top. A protective cover(100) is installed in order to cover the street light bottom and protects the pillar. One or more cover fixtures(110) which are fastened in the foundation of the protective cover are prepared inside the protective cover. The cover fixture comprises a fastening unit(111) which protrudes toward the surface from the inner top of the protective cover, a coupling portion(113) in which a coupling hole(113a) is formed in order to be coupled in the foundation bolt protruding beyond the ground from the foundation wherein the pillar is installed, and a connection unit(115) which connects the coupling portion and fastening unit with a first hinge(115a) and a second hinge(115b).
