Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is not to provide a building material causing a sick house syndrome, but to provide a thermal insulation building material for an eco-friendly building such as a loess brick house, a loess Korean-style house, and the like, wherein the thermal insulation building material is formed as rice straws matched with eco-friendly loess as a thermal insulation material is mixed with a vegetable binder from nature. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of the thermal insulation material for a building comprises: a first step of cutting the rice straws at a size of 0.5-5.0 cm, and forming fluffs on the surfaces of the rice straws using a unit hitting the outer skins of the rice straws; a second step of obtaining an antibacterial mixture solution of a rice straw-fermented lye and spawn from a vegetable material; a third step of obtaining the vegetable binder with an increased adhesion; a fourth step of obtaining the embedded material of the thermal insulation material by mixing 70-90 parts by weight of the rice straws from the first step with 10-0 parts by weight of the sum of the antibacterial mixture solution and the vegetable binder from the second and the third step; and a step of forming an outer skin by covering the outside of the embedded material from the fourth step with a material selected from the group of traditional Korean paper, wood, and non-woven fabric, wherein the vegetable binder is formed when a saline solution and 1-5 wt% of glue and cypress essential oil are mixed and stirred with each other and the mixing and stirring solution of the saline solution, the glue, and the cypress essential oil is added with about 5-15 wt% of the powder of seaweed selected from the group consisting agar, kelp, and sea mustard.

본원에서의 너와 지붕재 제조방법은, 톱밥, 황토, 마사토를 1:1:1의 부피비율로 혼합한 숙성보조물을 전처리하여 준비하는 단계; 흙 구덩이를 파서 비닐 지를 깔고 참나무를 너와 길이에 적당하도록 15~45㎝ 범위크기로 절단하여 지하 흙 구덩이의 비닐지 상부에 넣고 나무토막 사이 사이의 빈 공간에 숙성보조물을 채우는 단계; 구덩이 안의 나무토막 및 숙성보조물 상부로 소정 양의 발효액을 살포하여 주는 단계; 비닐로 상부를 감싸고 구덩이를 덮는 단계; 봄, 여름, 가을, 겨울 4 계절 이상을 지하에서 너와용 나무토막을 숙성시키는 단계; 1년 이상 지난 후 구덩이에서 너와용 나무토막을 꺼내는 단계; 꺼낸 너와용 나무토막을 프레스기나 도끼나 쐐기를 이용하여 나뭇결대로 1.0~5.0㎝ 두께로 분할시키는 단계; 를 포함하여 제공되는 너와 제조방법이 개시된다.
