Abstract: 본 발명은 씽크볼이 결합된 씽크대 상판의 테두리면 방수 처리 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 씽크대에 있어서, MDF 소재로 이루어지며 씽크볼이 결합되도록 상하 개방홈이 형성된 씽크대 상판의 개방홈 내측 테두리면에 방수 및 색상 표현이 가능하도록 색상을 갖는 색상 방수층이 형성되도록 도포하는 씽크볼이 결합된 씽크대 상판의 테두리면 방수 처리 방법에 있어서, 상기 테두리면에 상하로 홈과 돌기가 연속 반복된 요철면이 형성되도록 하고, 순차적으로 상기 요철면에 축광 소재가 포함된 색상 안료를 도포하는 색상 형성 단계와; 상기 색상 안료 경화후 상기 홈에 램프가 내장된 튜브를 설치한 다음 그 표면에 에틸시아노 아크릴레이트 100 중량부에 대하여, 폴리메탈 메타 아크릴레이트 5-10 중량부, 안정제 0.2-1.5 중량부, 경화촉진제 0.2-1 중량부가 혼합되어 이루어진 방수액을 도포하는 방수층 형성 단계를 수행함을 특징으로 한다.

본 고안에 의한 수유용 베스트에 의하면 평상시에는 일반 기성복과 같이 허리 벨트 등을 이용해 스타일을 낼 수 있는 베스트로 착용할 수 있으며, 아기에게 수유를 하여야 하는 때에는 일부러 수유실을 찾아서 이동해야 하는 불편함이 없이 옷자락으로 내부에 일정한 공간을 형성시키면서 자동적으로 차면부를 형성시켜 자외선이나 바람 등 아기에게 유해한 외부 요소를 미리 차단시킴으로써 수유중인 아기가 편안하고 안락한 상태에서 젖을 먹을 수 있도록 하여 아기의 안정된 정서발달에도 도움을 줄 수 있다.
