Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided, which is characterized in that sludge is treated consistently and environmentally by automated mobile apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An automated mobile sludge treatment apparatus is operated by the following steps : Vacuum hose(4) sucks sludge by ventilation of compressed air. Sludge is discharged into hopper(5) by vacuum hose(4). Hopper(5) supplies blower(6) with sludge. Blower(6) discharges compressed air which is ventilated to suck sludge. Pump(7) discharges air. After removal of compressed air, sludge flows into oil-water separator(8). Separated oil is discharged through another way. And sludge flows into centrifugal separator(9), so, concentrated sludge cake is formed. Finally, sludge is incinerated and reclaimed. Eventually, worktable is unnecessary since process is automatic.

Abstract: 본 고안은 정수장의 저수조나 침전조 및 방류조 등의 모래나 자갈을 세척하기 위한 이동식 차량용 정수장의 여과사 세척장치에 관한 것으로, 특히, 여과사를 효율적으로 세척하기 위하여 세척용 탱크의 측면에 고압수 공급부를 다수개 형성하여 와류를 발생시켜 세척효율을 높히도록 한 이동식 차량용 여과사 세척장치의 탱크구조에 관한 것이다.
종래 일반적인 정수장의 여과사는 저수조나 침전조나 방류조 등에 굵은자갈, 작은자갈, 굵은모래, 고운모래가 단계적으로 층을 이루도록 하여 여과를 실현하거나, 경우에 따라서는 자갈과 모래가 혼재된 상태로 여과층을 형성하였다.
이같은 종래에 여과층의 형성과는 별개로 여과기능을 상실한 여과사를 일정한 주기로 교체해야 충분한 여과기능이 유지되는데, 종래의 경우 여과사를 일괄 폐기하고 새로운 여과사를 충진하는 방법을 일반적으로 채택하였다. 따라서, 여과사의 수명이 끝날때 마다 여과사를 새로 채워넣기 위해서는 해안 등으로부터 막대한 양의 여과사를 채굴해야 하고, 이로인해 해안침식 등 자연환경을 크게 훼손하는 문제점을 야기시켰다.
또한, 종래에는 정수장의 여과사를 자동으로 처리할 수 있는 이동식 차량을 이용한 여과사 세척장치는 소개되지 않고 있으며, 더욱이 세척효율을 높혀주는 와류를 형성하는 탱크의 구조는 소개되지 않고 있다.
본 고안은 이같은 종래의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여, 세척용 탱크의 측면에 고압수 공급부를 다수개 형성하여 와류를 발생시켜 여과사의 세척효율을 크게 높혀줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
