Abstract: PURPOSE: A last production method is provided to avoid a shock noise and deformation even if exposed under heat for a long time by molding a body of the last with a thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION: An MDI(methyl diphenylene isocyanate) hardener is mixed with 97.09% of polyol resin and 100% of 0.49% H2O, 1.46% silicone, 0.48% amine catalyst and 0.48% tin catalyst at the rate of 1:1 at 20 to 30°C. And 1.00wt% of glass fiber or 0.4wt% of carbon fiber as a reinforcement and 0.6wt% of silica or calcium carbonate as a weight regulator are put into the mixture. The mixture is injected in a mold heated at 40 to 50°C after 0.05wt% of nylon yarn is put in the mold for 20 to 30 minutes. Then, a reinforcement layer attached with the nylon yarn is formed on the surface layer upon molding the last in the mold. Further, the surface is processed after discharging air bubbles contained in a last material.
