Abstract: 설치시수평여부를쉽게구별하도록가시화하므로써설치상의효율을향상시키고, 누수불량등의설치상의오류를감소시킬수 있는공기조화기의실내기고정판에관한것으로서, 종래에는설치자의경험에의존하여설치하였으므로일측이처지는등의설치상의오류로인하여실내기본체로부터원활한배수가되지않으므로누수현상등의문제점이발생되었으며, 정확성을기하기위해수평점을찾는측정작업은설치작업상에번거러움이발생되었고, 설치시간또한많이걸리는단점이있었던바, 따라서, 실내기고정판(20)의중앙수직방향으로수평을가늠하도록형성된기준홈(22)과, 이기준홈의상단에추를매달수 있는걸이편(21)을형성하므로써수평확인을위한기준을가시적으로확인하며작업을할 수있으므로작업시간을단축할수 있게된 것이다.

CONSTITUTION: A condensed water pan(50), a back cover(41) and an upper cover(42) are integrally manufactured by injection forming. Abstract: PURPOSE: An integral type air conditioner is provided to prevent condensed water from flowing to a bottom of a cabinet. CONSTITUTION: A guiding member(93) is placed on a lower part of a front plate(91) of a fan casing(90) to guide condensed water formed on the front plate to a water drip pan(80). The guiding member is bent along by a lower end of the front plate toward an upper side of the water drip pan to be mounted on the upper side of the water drip pan. A section of a front end of the guiding member is bent to be U-shaped so that condensed water flowing down along by the front plate is guided to the water drip pan through both ends of the guiding member. A receiving groove(81) is formed on the upper side of the water drip pan in lateral direction for the guiding member to be mounted thereon so that the front plate of the fan casing and the water drip pan are assembled to each other more securely. Condensed water flowing down from the front plate of the fan casing is collected to the water drip pan through the guiding member and guided to a sump tank of a base panel(24).
