Abstract: PURPOSE: A centralized billing process device of an exchange is provided to automatically transmit billing information to a computerized center by a base exchange, and to perform a billing process. Therefore, it is possible to effectively perform the billing process. CONSTITUTION: A remote control device makes a base exchange(200) remotely control billing dump of a local exchange(100). The remote control device performs an automatic reservation to perform the billing bump at a specific time, and transmits various commands to the local exchange(100) in order to perform a manual control of an error generation. A modem controls to transmit the received commands to an MMC(Man Machine Communication) displayer of the local exchange(100). An extractor collects billing information when a billing dump command is received from the remote control device. A transmitter receives the billing information through an LAN(Local Area Network), and transmits the billing information to a corresponding computerized center through the modem.
