PURPOSE: A method for content sharing in a network based on sip and a system thereof are provided to share specific contents with a specific person and store the contents list for sharing in a server permanently. CONSTITUTION: A first client(101) stores the shared contents in a contents server(103) or a local storage unit. The first client is given the contents ID. The first client produces a contents list including the contents ID. The contents list and access rule are transmitted to the information server(104) and registered. If the second client(102) requests the specific contents search or subscription, the information server transmits the contents search or the subscription result to the second client.
Abstract:
A converged IP message service providing system for interworking with a non-converged IP message service and a method thereof are provided to expand the coverage of a service. An XDM(XML Document Management) server(130) manages the presence information of one or more callees. An interworking server(140) changes the format of a converged IP message into a message format corresponding to a non-converged IP message, and then transmits the changed non-converged IP message to the callees. A converged IP messaging server(120) requests the preference information of the callees from the XDM server, determines the non-converged IP messaging service in which the interworking will be performed, and then transmits a converged IP message to the interworking server.

A system and a method for controlling event notification are provided to control the amount of event notification, transmitted to a subscriber, according to preference of the subscriber. In a system for controlling event notification based on SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) With reference to preference of a subscriber, the system comprises the followings. The subscriber requests event subscribe via an event notification controller. A subscription target performs event notification via the even notification controller in correspondence with the event subscribe request. The event notification controller controls whether to transmit the event notification for the subscriber according to preference rules for the event notification.

A system and a method for providing location information are provided to start a voice call with a location service by using an SIP protocol. A system for providing location information comprises the first terminal(100), the second terminal(120) and an SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) core(110). An SIP message for call connection is transmitted from the first terminal(209). If the SIP message for the call connection is received from the first terminal, the second terminal determines whether the location request is included in the received SIP message. And when there is a location request, the location information is transmitted from the second terminal after including its own location information in a response message(217,221). The SIP core transfers the SIP message for the call connection to the second terminal. And the SIP core transfers the response message to the first terminal(215,223).

A method and a system for establishing a session for message communication between a CPM(Converged IP(Internet Protocol) Message) client and an SMS(Short Message Service) client are provided to establish a session for interactive message communication between a CPM client and an SMS client. If a request to execute interactive message communication with an SM(Short Message) client is inputted, a CPM client transmits an SIP INVITE message to a CPM server in order to establish a session to execute interactive message communication with the SM client(501). The CPM server confirms whether the receiver of the SIP INVITE message does not use a CPM service. If so, the CPM server transmits the SIP INVITE message to an IWF(Interworking Function)(503). The IWF checks subscriber information corresponding to the receiving client of the SIP INVITE message. If it is confirmed that the receiver is only an SMS user who doesn't use any other messaging services, the IWF converts the SIP INVITE message into an SMS-SUBMIT message and transmits it to an SM server(505). The SM server converts the SMS-SUBMIT message into an SMS-DELIVER message and transmits it to the SM client(507). In response to the SMS-DELIVER message, the SM transmits an SMS-DELIVERY-REPORT message to the SM server(509). The SM server transmits the SMS-DELIVERY-REPORT message to the IWF(511).

A system and a method for presence notification based on presence attribute are provided to enable a user to set notification cutoff filters based on intrinsic presence attribute, thereby reducing notification traffic and setting notification by using user preference such as user's presence information. A system for presence notification based on presence attribute(121) comprises a presence server(120) and a presence XDM(presence eXtensible markup language Document Management) server(140). The presence server stores presence subscription and presence information. The presence XDM server stores authentication associated information. The presence server stores filtering rules related to notification delivery based on the presence attribute.
Abstract:
An apparatus, a method and a system for managing a device with respect to a mobile terminal are provided to solve a problem before a user feels inconvenient by configuring a suitable DiagMon(Diagnose Monitoring) policy, and actively and immediately cope with an error. A DM server(200) generates and transmits DiagMon policies corresponding to various errors that may be generated in a mobile terminal(100), analyzes DiagMon information received in response to the DiagMon policies, configures DiagMon correction information including an application for correcting an error, and transmits it. The mobile terminal(100) receives and stores the DiagMon policy, and when its state is matched to an error generated condition set in the DiagMon policy, the mobile terminal(100) determines that an error has been generated, collects detailed status information about the error, configures the DiagMon information, and transmits it. When the DiagMon correction information is received, the mobile terminal corrects the error.

A mobile broadcast system for delivering a notification event for generation of a notification message for information provisioning to a subscriber receiving a broadcast service is provided. The mobile broadcast system includes a first apparatus for managing subscriber information of the broadcast service, handling generation of at least one notification message according to at least one notification event, and generating a response message indicating generation end of the notification message; and a second apparatus for sending a notification event message for requesting generation of the notification message to the first apparatus according to the at least one notification event, receiving the response message in response thereto, and then handling delivery of the notification message over a broadcast channel or an interaction channel.
Abstract:
A system and method is provided for providing a service guide for a mobile broadcast (BCAST) service in a wireless communication/broadcast system supporting the BCAST service. If there is a need to provide a service guide in the mobile broadcast system, a Service Guide Subscription Source (SGSS) delivers a subscription and provisioning source, and a purchase and promotional source, to a BCAST Service Distribution/Adaptation block. The BCAST Service Distribution/Adaptation block then generates and provides a service guide using the sources.
