Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical disk drive having a tilt adjusting unit is provided to adjust a tilt of an optical pickup unit to make light, that is irradiated from the optical pickup unit, incident perpendicularly to a surface of a disk, and to prevent an excessive force to a lead screw gear. CONSTITUTION: A turntable(310a) loads a disk(D) on an upper part of an optical disk drive(300). A spindle motor(310b) rotates the turntable. An optical pickup unit(320) installed in a lower part of the disk irradiates light, to read or write information on the disk. A lead screw(510) and a guide shaft(520) installed both sides of the optical pickup unit support and guide the optical pickup unit when the optical pickup unit is moved in a radial direction of the disk. A transfer motor installed in a side part of the lead screw delivers power for moving the optical pickup unit to the radial direction of the disk. A bracket(470) connected to the transfer motor includes a connection gear set delivering power of the transfer motor to a lead screw gear installed in the lead screw. A tilt adjusting unit(400) adjusts a tilt of the optical pickup unit, and includes a cam member(410) and an adjusting member(420) corresponding thereto.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A deck assembly body of disk player is provided to reduce cost and to improve productivity by bending a part of a deck plate to form a mass part. CONSTITUTION: A deck plate(20) is equipped. A spindle motor(3) is installed at the front end part of the deck plate(20). A turn table(4) is arranged at the upper side of the spindle motor(3) and is rotated by the spindle motor(3) and loads a disk at the upper side. An optical pickup(5) is installed to be able to go front and back against the turn table(4). A mass part(21) is placed to be protruded to the upper side at the rear end part of the deck plate(20) in order to increase mass of the rear end part of the deck plate(20). The mass part(21) is formed bending a part of the deck plate(20). The height of the mass part(21) against the deck plate(20) is within 4-10mm and the length of left and right direction of the mass part(21) is within 20-40mm.

Abstract: 본 고안은 콤팩트디스크 체인저의 루우렛 회전장치에 관한 것으로서, 루우렛의 변형을 방지할 수 있으며, 재생중인 하나의 콤팩트디스크를 제외한 나머지 콤팩트디스크를 한번에 교체할 수 있는 콤팩트디스크 체인저의 루우렛 회전장치를 제공한다. 본 고안은, 루우렛 장착홈 중앙부에 기어부재가 설치되고, 이 기어부재의 보스에 루우렛의 보스가 이와 함께 회전되도록 결합되며, 상기 루우렛 장착홈의 바닥면에 상기 기어부재를 회전시키는 모터와 복수개의 기어를 구비하는 루우렛 구동부가 설치된다. 따라서 루우렛의 변형을 방지할 수 있고, 하나의 콤팩트디스크를 재생중에 나머지 콤팩트디스크를 한번에 교체할 수 있게 된다.
