The present invention relates to a device and method for using resources in a communication system. The present invention provides a step of scheduling the resources to communicate with a base station in one or more terminals; a step of determining one among a resource which is not used for communication between the base station and the terminals and a resource of which a rate for influencing the communication with the terminals is less than a predetermined threshold; and a step of allocating the determined resource as a resource communicating between the terminals without the base station.

PURPOSE: A method for configuring a cloud cell in a wireless communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided to configure a cloud cell for serving uplink and a cloud cell for serving downlink of the same terminal differently. CONSTITUTION: A control unit (920) instructs channel measurement to a terminal and adjacent base stations. The control unit collects measurement result from the terminal and the adjacent base stations. The control unit determines an uplink cloud cell configuration base station and a downlink cloud cell configuration base station on the ground of the measurement result. The uplink cloud cell configuration base station and the downlink cloud cell configuration base station are determined differently. When the terminal enters the network, a main base station recognizes itself as a main base station. PURPOSE: A service providing method and a system thereof is provided to improve credibility of links weak in high frequency range by making a plurality of member base stations forming a cloud cell serve one terminal. CONSTITUTION: A receiver (905) receives a channel quality report from a terminal. If a handshaking of terminal is recognized, a control unit (910) operates as a primary base station for serving the terminal. The control unit assigns resources for a channel quality report of the terminal. The control unit determines at least one sub base station which serves the terminal by using the channel quality report received by the terminal. PURPOSE: A method of generating program data considering asymmetric characteristic of cell states and a memory system using the same are provided to prevent the deterioration of threshold voltage distribution by controlling the number of memory cells included in states which bring the deterioration of the threshold voltage distribution in a specific state. CONSTITUTION: A randomizer (1250) randomizes program data to be stored in a non-volatile memory device. A guided scramble block (1270) controls the number of first bits included in the randomized program data to reduce the frequency of a data state corresponding to the highest program state among data states formed according to the randomized program data.

PURPOSE: An uplink control method and a device thereof are provided to allow a terminal to select an uplink transmission beam for executing a random access process in a wireless communication system for supporting a beam forming process. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(1000) receives a downlink reference signal from a plurality of transmission beams in a base station through a plurality of reception beams including different directivity. The control unit measures path loss based on reception signal strength for a plurality of downlink reference signals received through different transmission and reception beams. The control unit selects the transmission beam of a terminal for uplink based on a path loss value measured from the plurality of the downlink reference signals.
