Abstract: A signal transceiving device for minimizing ICI(Inter Cell Interference) in a communication system and a method are provided to enable all base stations of the communication system to transmit common control information by using the same sub-carrier allocation pattern which is an M-PUSC method, thereby improving ICI elimination performance in accordance with repeated code MMSE(Minimum Mean Square Error) usage. When information to be transmitted is generated, a base station repeats the information as many as the preset number of times, and generates the information as repeated information. All base stations belonging to the communication system allocate sub carriers for transmitting the repeated information according to an equally used sub-carrier allocation scheme, respectively. The repeated information is transmitted by using the allocated sub carriers.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus of an automatic repeat request in a broadband wireless communication system supporting multi-hop are provided to prevent a buffer in an RS(Receiver Server) from being overflown by preventing a simple feedback between a BS(Base Station) and an MS(Mobile Station). A relay node receives data blocks from a source node and delivers the data blocks to a destination node. Abstract: A method and a system for allocating resources in a communication system are provided to improve the performance of a system by dividing a data transmission domain into an interference domain and a non-interference domain so that an MS(Mobile Station), which suffers cell interference from a neighbor cell, can easily remove the cell interference and increase the CINR(Carrier to Interference Noise Ratio). A BS(Base Station), if its own cell ID is determined, segments a data transmission domain for transmitting data to MSs, which exist within its own cell, into an interference domain and a non-interference domain(501).
