Abstract: PURPOSE: A microbubble generating device is provided to convert pressurized water into microbubbles without separate energy and to drive a scraper based on the torque of a rotary blade as a driving source. CONSTITUTION: A microbubble generating device comprises a pressurized water generating unit (100) and a rotary blade (300). The pressurized water generating unit generates pressurized water in which gas and liquid are mixed. CONSTITUTION: A device for generating microbubbles having positive charges comprises a mixing unit (10), an electrolyzer (12), and a mixing tank (16).
