Abstract: A system and a method for inquiring a vehicle with RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) are provided to determine whether the vehicle is wanted by the police due to robbery, a hit-and-run accident, non-registration, registration cancellation, and tax delinquency by inquiring the vehicle in real-time based on an RFID tag attached to the vehicle. An RFID reader(120) recognizes unique information stored in an RFID tag(110) by reading the RFID tag attached to a vehicle(320), and a vehicle inquiry server(130) is linked with a vehicle information database(140). The vehicle inquiry server includes a vehicle searcher searching information of the vehicle from the vehicle information database by using the recognized unique information, a vehicle determiner determining whether the vehicle is wanted by the policy based on the searched vehicle information, a vehicle location obtainer obtaining location information of the vehicle from a location tracking system(150) by using the vehicle information when the vehicle is wanted by the policy, and a transmitter(160) transmitting the location information of the vehicle to the closest patrol terminal to the vehicle by using the location information of the patrol terminal.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A digital ophthalmoscope system for remote medical examination is provided to diagnose easily a disease of a patient and record a fundus image by obtaining the fundus image of a patient. CONSTITUTION: An eye examination portion(5) has an illuminant portion(55) and a reflective mirror(53) for irradiating light to a fundus of an eyeball. The eye examination portion(5) includes a correcting lens(57) for showing a state of fundus by correcting near-sightedness or far-sightedness and a gazing target(56) for stopping a movement of the eyeball. A digital photographing portion(7) is formed with a lens portion(71) for photographing an image of fundus, a memory portion(73) for memorizing the photographed fundus image as digital signal values, a display portion(75) for showing the fundus image to a user, a data output portion(77) for transmitting memorized fundus data to a computer(9), and a control portion(79) for controlling the lens portion(71), the memory portion(73), the display portion(79), and the data output portion(79). The computer(9) is connected with an ophthalmoscope system(3). A wireless terminal such as a cellular phone can receive data from the data output portion(77).
