Abstract: An image signal processing apparatus of an optical scanning scheme is provided to scan various images by enabling a linear light source fixed on a belt to make a linear movement and scanning an image only when the linear light source makes the linear movement. A chromaticity converting unit changes the characteristics of chromaticity coordinates or the like according to light emission characteristics and color characteristics of a light emitting device. A scan information converting unit changes a generally used image signal and screen display information into a position of screen display information and time display information according to a scanning method. A distributing unit distributes converted information to be transmitted to the light emitting device.

Power or signal is connected according as each conductive surface is electrically connected to a connection part of the mobile body through the conductor.
