    Abstract: A multiuser power allocating method for multiplex transmission using the overlapped coding of the power allocation priority in a communications system is provided to increase the frequency reuse efficiency by accommodating a plurality of user terminals and dividing power. Power is especially allocated by a user terminal in order that it is satisfied the requirement specification of each user terminal(S202). The power allocation priority is determined in the power allocation according to the channel condition of each user terminal. The power allocation priority is given from the user terminal in which the channel condition is excellent and the user terminal in which the channel condition is bad(S201).
